Disappointing Experience at the Chevy Dealership

I recently visited the Chevy dealership (which is the 4th time) with high hopes of receiving quality service for my vehicle, but unfortunately, my experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. From start to finish, the service I received was nothing short of terrible. Despite making an appointment in advance, the wait time was incredibly long. I understand that dealerships can get busy, but this level of disregard for my time was unacceptable. The lack of communication regarding the delay only added to my frustration. To make matters worse, when I brought up my dissatisfaction with the service manager, I was met with indifference and defensiveness. It was evident that they were not interested in addressing my complaints or making things right. This lack of accountability from the management only solidified my decision never to return to this dealership again. The overall atmosphere in the dealership was unpleasant, and it seemed like customer satisfaction was the least of their concerns. It's disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and regard for customers' needs in a supposedly reputable establishment. After the oil change, I noticed that the oil level was not even close to the recommended level. This kind of oversight is not only unprofessional but also shows a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for customer safety. When I returned to the dealership to address these issues, I was met with a defensive attitude from the service manager. Instead of taking responsibility for the errors, they attempted to shift the blame onto me, suggesting that I must have caused the problems myself. This response was both infuriating and unhelpful, leaving me feeling unheard and disrespected as a customer. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating, and it has eroded my trust in the brand and its commitment to providing competent and reliable service. In conclusion, I am deeply disappointed with the Chevy dealership's inability to perform a simple oil change correctly. The careless mistakes made by the service technicians, combined with the unprofessional and defensive response from the management, have left me with no choice but to seek service elsewhere in the future. I would caution anyone considering the Chevy dealership for their automotive needs to think twice and look for more competent and customer-focused alternatives. I do want to mention Megan is amazing and has always tried to help me as much as she can. I appreciate her customer service.

5 star experience!

The service here is the best I've ever had. The team really does go above and beyond to help customers. The best thing about this place is that everyone is very polite and helpful. This tells me they appreciate my business and take pride in their work. Its also a positive reflection on management because it builds trust in this local business and the Chevy brand.

Cracked dash

I Took my car in for a recall on my airbags yesterday. AFTER signing paperwork I was then told that my dash was cracked and was asked if I knew that it was that way before I brought it in. I told her no there was no crack before bringing it in, but then she immediately turned it around and told me there was no way they could have possibly done it, And that it’s a common issue that happens from the sun. We have other vehicles that do have dash cracks from the sun but this looks completely different then those, it’s a pressure crack. I was also told that this has happened to others before and it’s a $2,000 fix. I think it’s odd that she told me they have had other issues like this in the past but didn’t take the steps to insure this was already a problem befor they began. So again they know this is an ongoing problem but yet failed to take pictures or call/text to inform me of this “problem” before going forward and working on my vehicle. I called to speak to a manager but got a call back from the service lady who did my paperwork instead. I feel everything I say to this lady is getting turned around as it was my problem from the beginning, and I should have been aware of this issue before bringing my vehicle in. Yet I know there was no crack in my dash before bringing it in because as I had just detailed my vehicle. Looking at the rest of the dash you can tell these cracks are so fresh that dust hasn’t even had time to settle in them. I feel like I’m just going in circles talking to this lady and will be contacting the GM to see what we can do to resolve the issue. This is the kind of service you get when I have bought vehicles from them in the past, and have sent family to them who have purchase vehicles as well.
