Most amazing experience to date Mitch and Christian were

Most amazing experience to date Mitch and Christian were top notch. Treated us like family. Christian for a young guy was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. Christian and Mitch both explain everything very well and answered all of our questions with a professional response. This was my second vehicle in two years that I had purchased from Baxter Ford with Mitch at the wheel. My wife and I are so pleased that we did not have to sit there an haggle for 4 hours to get a fair deal it was offered right up front and beat my expectations from the start. Thank you very much Baxter Ford Mitch and Christian. I hope to see them again in 5-7 years when I buy my next vehicle.

Working with JT, Ben and Matthew while shopping for a new

Working with JT, Ben and Matthew while shopping for a new Bronco was awesome! Friendly, no pressure, informative, the Baxter Ford staff was awesome! They went out of there ways to find me the options I wanted and finally the Bronco I bought! It was a pain-free and best experience when purchasing a vehicle that I’ve ever had! Thanks guys!

Absolutely horrible.

Absolutely horrible. I made the stupid mistake of inquiring online about test driving a vehicle. In the following 24 hours, I received: * 13 texts * 3 phone calls * 1 voicemail * 7 emails From the dealership asking "Hey, when do you wanna come in?" and "Still interested???!?!?!?!" Would not recommend under ANY circumstances.

Tomas did a fantastic job and worked with me and my indecisiveness with patience and expertise. They had a bunch of brand new Mavericks when they are almost impossible to find. I’m excited to work with them when the wife’s car needs replaced, because I planning on driving this one till the end of time.

I’ve bought many, many cars over my life and can honestly

I’ve bought many, many cars over my life and can honestly say that this was by far the easiest dealership I’ve ever bought from. Matthew Ahlgren was fantastic from beginning to end and patiently answered all my questions and ran everything down quickly for me. The bonus is that they charge no dealership fees at all which is a first to me. Their pricing was more than fair and they were transparent from start to finish. Thanks Matthew (and Ashley) for showing how it should be done!

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!! Thank you Vincent for being so patient and respectful. I never once felt pressured to buy a car. I had visited an independent dealer while also looking at Baxter. The salesman at the independent dealer from the beginning was pressuring me to buy the car, saying there was another dealership that was going to buy the car if I didn’t. In fact, one of the employees yelled out to the salesman helping me that the car was already sold. Then the owner came over and said there were several people waiting in line to purchase the car. These are just a couple examples of my experience. As I was leaving the store the salesman said he wasn’t trying to play hardball but encouraged me to put $500 down to save the car. The next day they reached out to me to buy the car as it obviously wasn’t sold. Vincent at Baxter was exactly the opposite and I really appreciated his approach. He was there to help me with the car I wanted and never once made me feel uncomfortable. Thank you Vincent for the best car buying experience ever!!!!
