After calling multiple local Ford dealers and getting frustrated with a lack of urgency and bad pricing, working with Tyler Engelbart at Baxter Ford Papillion was a breath of fresh air. He gave me a solid, straightforward deal right from the start and made the entire process incredibly easy. I was in and out in about an hour. Set up a test drive, car was ready and running for us. They let us drive it by ourselves. We were gone for about 45 minutes, no problem. Salesman answered all our questions , no pressure. Go visit for yourself, we had a great experience.

After 2 previous purchases, and 18 months of shopping for
After 2 previous purchases, and 18 months of shopping for a Bronco, I returned to Baxter Pap. Mistake. All salesmen are now "sales managers". My 24 year old sales manager told me "Ford doesn't offer Employee Pricing on the Big Bend. Oh, really? Even the finance "managers" I've worked with before, had better things to do during my 3 visits. The GM never replied to my emails. (so don't ask me to write you again here) My anger is gone, and now I'm just disappointed. But things turned out great. After several emails and a couple phone calls over a 5 hour period, I bought a new 2025 Bronco Big Bend (WITH EMP PRICING) from another dealer in Blair. There, I got the treatment I should have gotten from Baxter Pap. And, saved over $4,000, to boot! Thanks, Blair!
