50,000 mile maintenance service
My family has always bought Volvo cars over the last 30 years and the last car we purchased was a S90 and we have really enjoyed this car and the service rendered each time we present to the dealership. The campus and workers are always professional and clean. I am grateful to be apart of the Volvo family.

I took my 2018 S90 in fir its 30k scheduled maintenance. Dale in service was very friendly and took my list of additional items I would like checked as well as a request to update software to newest version. Everything was completed in a timely manner and my questions answered. Overall excellent service and follow up.
Great quality cars. They treated me fair and the price was competitive. They made the entire process as painless as possible. This my third Volvo. The 2nd from this dealership.
Routine maintenance created problems
Brought the car in for routine oil change and tire rotation. The S90 T8 plugin hybread has performed flawless the 2 years of ownership. Was told on the visit a software update was installed and a recall part had to be ordered. Need to return. One the way home the sunroof did no longer operate. Of more concern is the hybread system did not operate properly. Returned to do the update a week later and fix sunroof problem.5 hours later was told we need to return again because wrong part cam in for the recall. We will need to return again. We will see how the vehicle behaves for the week we wait for the part. Also no alternative transportation available is unacceptable for an upper level automobile dealership. Not a lot of confidence here.
Persistent EVAP code
Took 4 days on 3rd visit for EVAP problem. Same problem. $1100 repair bill and problem was not fixed. $600 replacement of PCV oil trap.
I received the best Volvo service I've ever had. Customer courtesy is present everywhere! I will return for all my service needs, as well as to purchase my next Volvo.

This dealership excels at service! I live two hours away and could have purchased elsewhere and much closer but working with Long Volvo was one of my best decisions. Two years now and they still treat me and my Volvo XC90 like I just purchased it!
