Very Disappointed

On Monday, September 28, 2020 I called and spoke with Danielle about the LL Bean listed for sale. She told me the vehicle had been hit in the front and they replaced a tire, ball joint, headlight and bearings. I called again on Tuesday and visited with Mandy. She told me the vehicle had hit a parked car with damage to the left rear. Due to the conflicting reports, I paid $26.74 to Auto Check to get a report which showed the left rear impact with a parked vehicle. On Wednesday at 12:08 I called and visited with Mandy. I told her I was very interested in purchasing the LL Bean and could they hold this vehicle for me until I could get there around 3:30. She told me they would hold this vehicle for me. At 2:46 I called again and left a message on my exact time of arrival. At 2:58 I received a call from Tina, their Office Manager, letting me know the LL Bean had been sold. I was very upset as I had taken time off from work and had already driven approximately 150 miles to purchase this vehicle. Tina told me Mandy had not given anyone the message that I was coming. She said she would contact the owner to see if any reimbursement could be made to me for my gas and time. When I did not hear back from the owner or Tina I called the following Monday afternoon, October 5 and left a message. Tina did return my call and said she would forward my message to the owner. It is now 10 days later, October 15 and I have not heard anything from the owner. I am very disappointed with the way this dealership does business. They should not tell a customer they will hold a vehicle for them and then sell it before they can get there. I am also disappointed with their lack of response. An apology from the owner is the least that I would have expected.

Have your own mechanic check over before purchase!

Went here to look at a car I was interested in. Salesman went down 500 from sticker price. It had low miles for year, 108K on a 1999. I thought I might be getting a decent deal because they look over the cars they have so carefully, supposedly. Mechanic hit me with $2500 repair bill afterwards, radiator leaked, water pump was going bad, accelerator cable frayed, bad head gaskets. Oh yeah, I also had to replace windshield wipers and leaking back tire. So, in summation, I spent more in repair bills than I did on the car. Beware if you buy a car from these jokers!! At least have your own mechanic check over THOROGHLY first.

Mercury Mystique

The employees here were very helpful. They allowed me to take my time picking a vehicle and really didn't care how many I test drove to find it. They were patient and were there to answer any questions I had. I was very satisfied with their service.

Dodge Stratus

This was a really nice place to go and get my first vehicle. The people were very friendly and answered all of my questions. They did a nice job of walking me through what to do in a quick and friendly manner. I would definitely go there again to buy another vehicle. The prices are reasonable and the way they did business overall was very nice.

Friendly fast service

I came in looking for a used car for work. Not really knowing what I wanted. Kyle was very friendly and helpful. He asked what I wanted and did a great job explaining things. I brought some things to him about a car I drove and he was appreciative and said it would be made right. I purchased not only a car but a moped for my son.
