Great service.

Met me at the door, asking what they could help me with. I explained my needs, and was led to the customer lounge, offered refreshments, and was assured that my vehicle would soon be ready, and it was. Good job.

Great Service Dept.

I brought my 2015 Ford Escape in on a recall. The gentlemen at the service desk was very nice n showed me to the waiting room. My veh was taken care of in a timely manner n I was on my way.

Great Services, Great Salespeople

We traded in our 2008 Ford Escape XLT for a brand new 2015 Ford Focus SE hatchback. We dealt with Peggy Parsons. She was very, very helpful and worked with us to get this car. The finance manager, Joe, was very helpful and worked with us as well. It was a very successful and excellent customer service that we've ever had with a dealership and would definitely come back and recommend to others.

Service

I am not sure that the person I made an appointment with on the phone wrote it down. When I arrived at Riser the man at the desk looked in the computer and a book, then asked me who I spoke with on the phone and what time my appointment was supposed to be. Made me wonder if it had been written down. They did my car anyway, but it took two hours. The waiting area was too noisy. both piped in music and the TV going.

Nice show room and place for doing business.

I purchased a new 2015 ford f350 king ranch crew cab. The sale went smoothly and the sales staff was very helpful.

Great service and clean facilities.

After moving back home from Florida I needed to find reliable service and repair for our Ford Five Hundred and Expedition. Riser was perfect. Friendly service people and Ford parts at reasonable prices.No waiting for days until non-Ford mechanics could get the job done. I can trust the work is done correctly and with the right parts. 30,000 miles service. in and out in a very short time. Car was washed and clear inside and out. First rate service all tell people about the great people you meet at the Ford store.
