It was well worth making an appointment. I had the works done to me car and was out within an hour! Appreciated all the promptness.

Great customer service - sales and service!!

When you walk into Riser Ford, you are family. We really don't need to shop any where else and their service dept is the best.

Oil changes take too long

I arrived at 7:30 am and waited over two hours for just an oil change. Riser needs a "fast lane" area for oil changes like other Ford dealers have and not go through normal service entrance and wait until previous days' services are done.

Great Service - excellent facilities

Purchased a 2016 MKT. Very happy with the purchase experience James and Tim were both very helpful and courteous. The paperwork process as the easiest I have experienced while purchasing a new vehicle. overall, very please with the service and purchasing experience.

Service

compared to the last time, the service was almost excellent. The last time I was with my car for service in your dealership, I was not as happy. I needed a oil change, and my red brake light came on. So I ask to check the fluid. I got told, that I have to pay for diagnostic of the problem $ 110.00 plus tax. I told them just do the service and check the fluids. On the highway I went on the brake hard, and the red light came back on. I checked the brake fluid level and as was a little bit low. A friend of my owns a garage. he put in about 40 cc of break fluid, and no more red light since. the computer to remind me for oil changes where also not reset, that same this time, that is why only a 4 out of 5 Hans Purkott
