What a horrible experience with this car dealership!

What a horrible experience with this car dealership! I ended up purchasing a car from this dealership 2 weeks after the salesman conned me in with his sales tactics. He told me that if I signed that day, my car would be shipped and I would receive it that following weekend. The car finally arrived 2 whole weeks later after giving me the runaround only to find that my 2014 BMW 528i had so many issues. The drivetrain malfunction light was on, the engine oil was completely dry, my drive lock actuator was broken and the driver side door wouldnt lock, my drivers side control tab is completely broken and unattached to the seat, the car was filthy, the tires bald, etc!!!! Then to make matters worse, I contacted my finance company and advised them of all the issues and we ended up having to work out another contract to sign. These con artists literally drew up another contract ONLY to find out that they removed my GAP insurance and ate the money for themselves! The first contract had my GAp insurance in the amount of $3600 and now the 2nd contract shows that the GAP insurance is removed but the total is still the same!!! What a way to con people out of their money! I still have not received my car tags after 2 months of waiting of Nick, the Director to return my slew of emails that have not been responded to! They will ignore you and forget about you once the car is in your possession! DO NOT EVER USE THIS CAR DEALERSHIP IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU!! UPDATE: 2/10/25 I found out that the car had 2 recalls, oil leaks all over from the gasket to the oil pan with about 5k worth of repairs!!! My check engine light is still on even 2 years later so I’m now in a position where I’m looking to trade in for another car in which I am now upside down in. Why did these people email me about this new car I’m in search for?! I will never buy another vehicle from them and I will report to everyone I can.

Horrible management, fake reviews, So disrespectfully

Horrible management, fake reviews, So disrespectfully dishonest it's unreal. Car was not in the condition they claimed. Hood didn't even open So how would they do it an inspection. When I got the hood open there were parts missing underneath. It's too risky to do business with this company I strongly advise shopping elsewhere no matter how cheap the cars here are It's not worth the panic and stress they will put you through.

Horrible management.

Horrible management. Disgustingly dishonest salesman. To be brief one of the hundred things Justin did wrong to me was lying about the damage of the car. He walked around a car on the phone with me opening and shutting doors pretending to do an inspection I asked him to open the hood and see if there was a charger, He opened a hood and said I'm sorry there's no charger with this car and shut the hood. When I received the car it had been in an accident and the hood didn't even open he was not inspecting the car he was selling me. Finally once I got the hood open there was a charger in it Go figure. He lied about everything he told me And then ghosted me as soon as He got my money leaving me scared to death I have been robbed or scammed. Even after I received the car I was worried I had bought it from a chop shop. I do not recommend! not at all!

Came on just to look at a car, Justin is the man, made buying the car super easy and very efficient will do the rest of my car purchases with him when ever I’m ready for another vehicle

I was looking over the positive reviews, and I must say Justin Perez is awesome! You can tell how many customers are happy with his service, and after my experience, I can definitely see why. The customer service I received was exceptional, and it’s evident that Justin is truly skilled at what he does. Thank you, Justin, for making my experience so positive! Absolutely horrid service.

Absolutely horrid service. I bought a Maserati from them and the service was great up until the sale was complete. The second the paper work was signed it was radio silence, no responses to texts, calls, nothing. After two days of no information regarding shipment I kept calling and I demanded to speak with the shipping manger as I was told they couldn’t get a driver. After demanding that all of a sudden “new information” came in that the day before my car had a check engine light come on and it was being serviced. They were going to try to hide the check engine light from me and do a quick fix and ship it. THEN I demanded multiple times to speak with the manager and my sales person Justin refused several times to give me the managers phone number. I demanded for information about MY CAR which I now own as to what is being serviced and what the check engine light is for and what the ETA is as I have travel plans and need to make sure I’m home for when it gets shipped. It has now been 5+ days since it was shipped, I keep calling with no information and being told off by employees. I have demanded them to walk there lazy a** over to their service department and figure out what’s wrong with their car. The manager told me no one works in service on weekend, sales guy told me 1 person does. No one at this dealership knows what the xxxx is going on. It is now Monday with no update and I’m trying to call the manager for past 2 hours and I call and sales person puts me on a infinite ringing tone 30+ minutes, two times. NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

Advertised price includes the ev tax credit? If so the price would be $21,000 max. Its simple math. 25k for the car with a 4k credit. Don't let them scan you.

Was car shopping and this was one of the places I considered. This guy Justin was very patient with me while I considered a few of their cars. He was a straight shooter!
