Best car shopping experience I have ever had!

Saw a Mitsubishi Eclipse for sale posted online by Pierson Automotive in Middletown Ohio. Spoke to Daryl in the sales department who assured me I would love this car and would not be dissapointed. He was absolutly right! At first I was aprehensive about purchasing a car located two states away from my home, but Daryl walked me through the whole process and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I got the vehicle at a great price and the sales staff were never pushy. They were up front and honest and didn't play any shadow games like many dealers do. My wife and I are so glad we purchased this car from Pierson Automotive. I have owned the car for a month now and it runs like new and there are no issues what so ever. I just can't say enough good things about this experience. THANK YOU DARYL!

AWEFULL customer service

i had emailed and called and spoke on the online web chat with a representitive 3 times about a car and had been told its available and someone would get back to me and after trying and trying i find out the next day that the car was sold. i would never recomend dealing with this "buisness establishment" to anyone! completly dis satisfied

Since I've been here which was close to the end of June the chat service and some of our advertising partners have had some issues recently with disconnected phone numbers listed on ads and not receiving information from consumers like you trying to inquire about a vehicle. When I received your information from your review I called and left you a msg. with my cell number and I heard nothing back from you and I was trying to resolve the issue at that time. No idea what features the vehicle has for REAL

They did call me promptly but did not answer my questions sent by email on Car Gurus. When I'm trying down to narrow the field from 50+ cars, these guys just nixed themselves by providing no info. If the car doesn't have the right features or even come close, I don't come out to test drive.

I'm sorry to hear you had an unsatisfactory experience back in 2013 I can not speak to how things were handled back then as I was not here until June of 2015. False advertising!

I drove a ways to look at a vehicle advertised on here as having loaded features, none of which existed when I actually saw the car. When I asked the salesperson at Pierson about it, he said they list every possible feature (i.e. sunroof, leather, heated seats) to get more people to come and see it. What I see is FALSE ADVERTISING.
