I recently had the most remarkable car-buying experience at a dealership where I purchased my daughter's first car. The staff were incredibly pleasant and friendly, never resorting to pushy sales tactics. They allowed me to inspect and test drive the car at my own pace, ensuring I was completely satisfied. While many "gravel lots" sell vehicles "as-is," this dealership stood out. I brought an OBD reader to scan the car for any issues, and it came back clean. Although there were minor imperfections like sap on the hood and a few scratches, the car was otherwise spotless. The staff assured me they would address these concerns and even offered to let me continue driving my trade-in while they fixed the new car. I was truly impressed. A few days later, we picked up the car, which was in pristine condition, and they had even filled the tank. My daughter was thrilled with her new vehicle. However, nine days later, the check engine light came on. Concerned about a costly repair, I reached out to the dealership. Despite the "as-is" purchase, I explained the situation and inquired if we could find a solution. They asked for my diagnostic report and offered to conduct their own tests. Four hours later, I received a call from Hunter and Noah, who kindly offered to fix the car and share the repair costs. They even provided a loaner car during the repair period. The dealership exceeded my expectations by fixing the original issue and addressing additional problems at no extra charge. They replaced the battery, fixed a small leak, and resolved a faulty sensor, all for free. They even refilled the gas tank. True to their word, the dealership met me halfway on the repair costs, ultimately incurring more expenses themselves. Their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction have made me a loyal customer, and I highly recommend them. Great experience on purchase of Honda CRV. Everyone there spoke to us, and were extremely helpful and friendly. They were very clear on all the paperwork.

H.ll i didn't even make it home day of purchase it left me stranded. I've had 4 issues with it. They lied to me. Went back to dealership and they said it was a hobby truck. I told him what work I did day of the purchase. BAD BUSINESS. Still have not received my title. They have not paid for no repairs.

We offered to refund your money the week following your purchase, but were told you liked the truck and understood that it had over 270,000 miles on it and it was heavily modified. We have since then rescinded our offer due to negative social media.

Great customer service before and after the sale. I purchased a 2005 Acura RL from Perry and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They got me approved and had all of the financing worked out before I got there. The car was exactly as described and all of the paperwork was already done, no waiting.

Just left with my KIA SOUL EXCLAMATION !! I am very happy. It had leather, moonroof, and brand new tires. They have an awesome shop. They helped me install a 12? sub, JL audio speakers and JL audio amps. This dealership is great !!
