I recently visited the dealership was looking for a used car. Dealt with Chris Solarz he was super helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't see anything I liked but I would definitely go back and deal with Chris Solarz.

This dealership will tell you anything to get you to buy

This dealership will tell you anything to get you to buy a used car. Haven’t even driven the car 100 miles and now have $10K in estimated repair costs on a car we bought 3 weeks ago for $34K. The used car manager John said his technicians reviewed the car and it was in great condition with no issues at all. We had issues with the car within 2 days and had it reviewed by another dealership which found serious powertrain and safety issues with the car. This place does not give a crap about your time or experience. They make false claims and commit fraud to get your money and then refuse to fix the car. They want to take your money and leave you out to dry. I’ve spent $400 in diagnostic cost because of how bad this dealership is. Avoid this place at all costs or be ready with your lawyer.

Just wanted to say how extremely pleased my husband and

Just wanted to say how extremely pleased my husband and are with the purchase of our new Toyota !! First time at the dealership and the sales person Genia Ciccolone was amazing. She was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and the best ever. She went above and beyond very patient in answering all of our questions. Very pleased with the new car already recommended your dealership and sales rep to a friend. Thinking about becoming a two Toyota car family and trading in our other car. I must commend John Addesso for his kindness and patience

I must commend John Addesso for his kindness and patience with the many questions and concerns my husband and I had about buying anew Toyota Sienna. He is a credit to car salesmanship. We had not purchased a new car in ten years and were very unsure of the many changes. John walked us through everything with knowledge and patience. It was very reassuring. Conicelli Toyota of Conshohocken pa

I had a Paul Smith as my salesman twice- he was very helpful & knowledgeable about my Rav 4 & about what I wanted in a car. I was very pleased with my experience. I was pleased with the finance person I had- he was helpful with explaining everything I needed to know. I would recommend Conicelli Toyota of Conshohocken to family-friends & neighbors in the future.

Poor Pre-Sales Experience with Reyan

This review is based upon dealing with the sales person Reyan Echon. We did not get a chance to go through with a purchase with this dealership because of the interaction we had with this individual. We reached out to the dealer using their pricing tool on their website providing numbers for my trade in and figures for a 4Runner we are looking to lease. We submitted those numbers and received an email back from Reyan the following day. After a few emails back and forth, Reyan said that the dealership could honor the deal submitted which included some negative equity from my trade and cash down by me (enough to cover the equity.) We then received a call about an hour later from Reyan who spoke to my wife and insisted that she couldn't do math and her numbers were wrong. We explained we have the same ball park figures from other dealers and submitted screen shots of their tool and pricing sheets from another dealer. Reyan decided to again tell my wife she was wrong and what we looked at was wrong and that all of the other dealerships are lying to me. After submitting all of the extra pricing sheets from dealerships, screen shots of their calculator, and screen shots of the figures from their financing tool; Reyan has decided to stop responding all together. Based on our interaction with Reyan, who was not only rude on the phone but also over emails, we cannot recommend this dealership.

Go somewhere else

I felt taken advantage of. I tried to do most of the work via email with this company because they of Covid. Went back and forth a few times. The price they gave me online was $125 a month less then in-person. I’m assuming that was to get me in the door. Price was much higher. After 4 hours somehow they had me convinced and still another $25 a month got added “we are so sorry we didn’t say tax was included”. Again I fell for it . Finally got home with the car only to have warnings flashing that there was no wiper fluid in the car. Seriously? It was BRAND NEW. Not worth my time to drive all the way 30 minutes back and ran to get wiper fluid so the car would stop beeping. I would not go back here or recommend it.

Horrible Service

I had a leak in my roof that left a puddle under the pedals. They couldn't fix the issue and they said they tried to replicate the problem. Charged me a service fee. Went to another Toyota dealership and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it for free under warrantee! Don't go here. They won't take good care of you!

Unscrupulous Sales Team

In a matter 20 minutes my loyalty to Conicelli was gone. I will not be leasing a car with them again. I informed the sales guy of the car I was interested in, I asked for 4 numbers, and for all options on number of months for a lease. The sales person returns without the information I requested, and when I asked for it again he pointed to the monthly payment; nice try. They obviously do not want to sell a car to someone who understands how they get their numbers. The sales guy proceeded to argue with me so I immediately stood up and walked out. Be careful, and I would go elsewhere if you are not abreast on how dealerships get their numbers. This team will try to rip you off and will be full of schadenfreude. In my case the payment they offered was over $150 more a month than it should have been. Multiply that by 36 months and you are looking at $5,400 they stole from you. The facilities were really unkept too. This place needs a good cleaning outside (lantern flies crushed everywhere and definitely had been there for days) and a major renovation inside is needed.

Happy Shopper

I had the opportunity to work with Curtis Hines, Jr. yesterday. He was awesome salesman very friendly, courtesy work very hard to make me happy with what I purchased. I would definitely recommend this dealership because of the experience I had with Curtis Hines, Jr.
