I honestly didn’t expect to buy my new Rogue last week.

I honestly didn’t expect to buy my new Rogue last week. I just “went to look”. When I arrived at Vaden Nissan, Cinthia greeted me, and I felt at ease with her. She is a good listener, and could anticipate my requirements. Very straightforward. I was looking for a certified pre-owned, but the financing for a new car was too good to ignore. From trade-in with Scott, spending time with Cinthia, and signatures with Drew, it was actually a simple process! I’m ready for my roadtrip to visit family this summer. I absolutely love my new Rogue! 😃

Showed up for a pre-arranged appointment to turn my lease

Showed up for a pre-arranged appointment to turn my lease in. Showed up on time they weren’t prepared and wrote me a hand written letter. Nissan finance called me today 5 weeks later first saying they were calling on an outstanding balance. I told them I turned in the lease already and they said they see Vaden just completed the paperwork yesterday. Five weeks later. Nissan finance agreed this wasn’t acceptable and we’re going to lodge an internal complaint. Very poor service

I’ve bought three cars from Thely Daust at Vaden Nissan

I’ve bought three cars from Thely Daust at Vaden Nissan of Hilton Head and I give her a 100percent rating. She has always went out of way to get me the best possible deal. I’m an elderly lady and my money is very limited. She makes sure that because of this she will get me a new car that I can fit into my budget. I recommend her to anyone whether it be for a new one or for a used car. I throughly trust her to help and any new car that I choose to buy in the future it will only be from her. Thank you for her service and please continue having her because she has sure helped me.
