Truly a great car buying experience.

Truly a great car buying experience. Both Mrs. Daust and the general manager showed us how all dealerships should be! They set the bar high and we couldn’t be more thankful. We will be looking at another car after such a smooth experience.

Very personable and informative.

Very personable and informative. Thely kept in touch with me for months after my first visit view cars and helped point me towards the Sentra 2025 model.

Thely greeted me when I came in.

Thely greeted me when I came in. I told her Dhruv sold me the 2024 Nissan Kicks, I wanted to trade it in . I ask her if Dhruv is here. She told me Dhruv is here but he is in finance now. She help me and Dhruv came in to see me. And they was very helpful and they did not let me down like the other dealerships and made it happen and I will be sure to come back here for when I trade my new car in I recommend coming to these people bc they will help you out in anyway

Cynthia was amazing she was So helpful and accommodating. She was professional and personal throughout the whole experience. She also gave us amazing restaurant recommendations. Kirk was very transparent and straightforward with the financial part. I believe I got a great deal.

Spoke to Josh on the phone before coming into Vaden.

Spoke to Josh on the phone before coming into Vaden. I wanted information on the financing for the Nissan Rogue for my granddaughter. Josh said he would have a vehicle waiting for me and he did! So we were off to a great start. A Sales Associate met us, Christopher and gave us a bright hello and a rundown on the model. We test drove it in the lot. Loved the Rogue but needed safety featured. Josh qualified the model and got us into a Rogue with the right color and safety features we needed. Financial discussion was handled brilliantly but Josh and Chris. We discussed 0% vs incentives and those rates and down payment. We were able to get into an arrange I thought my granddaughter could work with. We kept her informed by text and phone as she was working. Since she could not come to us at the dealership we took a test drive to her. She loved everything about the vehicle. She got off work and drove back with us to complete the paperwork and purchase. I can not thank Josh enough for his professionalism and Chris for his budding salesmanship. Together they were a great tag team. I must say Josh knew his financials to the point where you could present him with any scenario about payments, interest , discounts. I bet he could seal a deal in his sleep and do it respectfully.

I can't say enough good things about my interactions with Telly and Xavier! From my first visit,to my driving off the lot with my new Frontier, it was a no pressure sale. I would definitely recommend Vaden Nissan if your looking for a new or used vehicle.
