All calls and emails were answered very promptly, even those after the sale. In short, this transaction was not a typical used car "sale" but instead it felt more like he was working with me to make an informed decision, i.e., he knew he had a good product at the right price and if I was interested he would tell me what he could about it without any pressure to purchase. Be advised there is little to no room to negotiate but that is okay if you do your homework as I thought my vehicle was fairly priced.
