Titan Motors

Bought a 2012 civic, and it runs like new. Enayt provided me with everything I needed and made the process as smooth as possible.

I was looking for a new used vehicle. My previous vehicle (a 2002 Honda Civic) was having transmission problems after ~ 171k miles. I was happy with the Civic so when shopping around I found a used 2012 Honda Civic with ~30k miles for a reasonable price. I called to find out the "off the lot" price. Turns out the sales person I spoke with when I called (Enayt Babe) was the same salesperson who I had dealt with a year earlier when my son was looking for and purchased a used car from Titan. Both my son and I were happy with that experience, and I was just as pleased with the experience when I purchased the 2012 Honda Civic in November 2015. Just like last year, Enayt didn't try to change the price once I arrived at the store (which I have heard some dealers will try to do once they have you there). After purchasing the vehicle there were some issues with getting a copy of the title so that I could complete registering the vehicle with DMV. However, Enayt frequently texted me status of them getting a hard copy of the title so that I was aware. I highly recommend others considering Titan Motors. I would certainly not hesitate to purchase other used vehicles from Titan Motors. So far, I have two positive experiences out of two attempts.

My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from Titan Motors and we were impressed with their customer service. We also had helpful discussions related to family with the Titans motor team. The members were courteous and made our car buying experience memorable. One of the leaders of the management team, Anayt, even went so far as to mail us out vehicle title since we live out of state. Overall, I am pleased with out experience at Titan Motors.

Although we did not purchase a vehicle at this dealership the customer service I received was exemplary. When I called, or emailed, or texted the salesman always responded quickly and answered all my questions. One slight draw-back is that we live in Maryland, but they even offered help for that situation. We will definitely keep this dealership in mind for future purchases.

Amazing! They gave me an amazing car and amazing repairs. They took special care of me because it was my first car. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used car or just a repair. I can't thank them enough for their great work and special care they gave me.

Pretty close to 5 stars. I was able to get a replacement vehicle within a week after my previous car was totaled in a car accident. The cost was very reasonable for the used car I purchased and the service for followup inspections and repairs was done as well as could be expected with the resources they have available there. I would recommend this place as a good one for buying a used vehicle at better than competitive cost. You must remember though a used vehicle has its own set of risks! The insurance offered may not be worth getting since it covers a very limited set of issues. The downside for me was that this location, in Chantilly, is so far away to take care of any followup issues. They did give me a ride to the metro once so I'd say that's going above-and-beyond!

My husband and I recently purchased a used car from Titan Motors. We were very impressed with everything from beginning to end. It is so nice to deal with honest, helpful people. The car was exactly as described and they even offer mechanical repairs anytme with low prices if you purchase a car from them. Which means they are not afraid to have you come back, and are not selling "bad" vehicles. Would definitely recommend Titan Motors.
