I bought a Preowned Subaru Forester yesterday. It was far and away the best experience I have ever had buying a car! Luke McGuire, my salesman, actually made the transaction fun!!! He was extremely helpful and obviously puts the customer first! Kudos!
Got financing before heading to the dealership to avoid waiting. We still ended up waiting two hours to be seen by their finance guy. Three days after purchasing a used 26k vehicle it died and left my wife stranded two hours from home. We had to buy a new battery because the battery in the vehicle wasn't the right size. I brought the old battery to them hoping they'd reimburse us because their mechanics didn't catch this during the inspection. I was told "Cars are sold as is. We are a Subaru dealership and can't be expected to know about Jeep batteries." I'm glad I didn't purchase the $3,700 extended warranty because if they can't understand something as basic as a battery how could I expect them to fix a check engine light?

Bought a Forester Wilderness from Berman. Sales team was great at making sure things went smoothly. Also took it in next day to add auto-dimming mirrors and mud flaps. I like how the staff was friendly and the waiting area had some good drinks too. Would buy from again!
