I went to look at an a CPO vehicle - was told it was ready for purchase that day . The car wasn't even detailed, there was about half a pound of leaves... and dirft everywhere and the car was dirty. That being said they were ready to sell despite that there was no way it had gone through the process. I looked up said process after and cleaning the interior was a part of it. Care drove fine. Was potentially interested in driving it off the lot - but it turns out the CPO part wasn't included in the sticker price. To be clear - I was asked to spend another 2K to drive a car off the lot that was advertised as CPO and never inspected. The sales person Kevin seemed as frustrated as I was. Management has to do better.

I bought a car from here in 2014 and have been let down over and over. Their service department is a mess. The last time I brought my car in I was told... my car needed $10,000 worth of work before even hitting 85K. Its been on their scheduled maintenance plan and is "A Subaru". Of course, it's found right after my extended warranty ended ha. If that wasn't bad enough the service experience is always a mess. "It should be an hour".... 2hrs later you're hunting down the person you spoke with for an update... "should be soon". After telling me my car was 10k of work they lost my my car keys! Three separate people had to come up to me ask me if I had bee taken care of and then went looking for my keys.... none of them came back. I'm not joking they left me there. Finally, I started wondering through the service area asking loudly if anyone had seen my keys! 20 min after that they were brought to me haha. Walk up to my car and after a 3-4hr service and losing my keys my car has a huge mud splatter down the side. To make it worse there was a finger line through it. So someone saw it and didn't clean it. Anyways I ended up taking my car to get a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th opinion. Without showing them Berman's assessment all three shops agreed on the same work. This work was only $650... the same work not including the other "items" would have ben $2400... at Berman's. Car is approaching 100k now with no issues. Most recently I called in about a "dangerous" recall on my subaru... seems to be a trend with these "high quality" vehicles. Can I drive the car till you fit me? B: "No it's not a good idea" can I have a loaner... let me put you through to my manager's voicemail so he won't call you back." I call back the following week "May I have a loaner while you fix it?"... B: "No sorry we don't have any cars to loan you... we're just a car dealership" What a joke... "Share The Love!"
