We had an amazing experience here getting an Outback with Iustin. They were very busy, but the whole team was very helpful and easy to work with. Much better than many other dealers we interacted with as a part of our buying process. No weirdness or tricks in the process and we were quite impressed.

Their price transparency is not good. Also, they lied about the car's condition. The sales agent was a little disrespectful as well. I went there to purchase a used car. They said there was no body damage on the car. However, big and small scratches are all over the place: front, sideways, back, and even the trunk. One windshield wiper was broken. They raised the price we agreed on twice in different procedures, saying they "estimated" wrong and there was a "typo" in calculating taxes. But clearly, it was not a typo. After breaking down the "registration fees", easy math can tell that they added three more non-sense stuff. They did this right after I bought the insurance for the car. I felt so frauded and decided to leave, the sales agent made a gesture behind my back basically saying I was crazy. AVOID THIS DEALER.

Sales and management will not negotiate any prices on there vehicles. I was told the price is so that they can move the car. If that's the case I can go to carmax and just purchase the car.

Arun salesperson was great and good experience purchasing vehicle with him. Whole staff and finance very accommodating . Were not pushy or feel being rushed. Took time make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I purchased some accessories from parts department for my Subaru at Berman Subaru very helpful did not take long for it to come in. Pick it up nest day had sale on it also. Looking forward to doing business with this dealer.
