Friendly but beware

I just purchased an SUV last week. I took it to my mechanic yesterday and found out how rusted out the vehicle is. I only wish I would have taken it to my mechanic before I made the purchase because he would have said not to purchase it. I have some buyers remorse. When I called Mike about he said he knew about it. I'm not going to tell not to purchase from them but before the purchase take it to a mechanic to check it out underneath and under the hood.

It hard to response to this inquire. Because in reference to the vehicle having underlining rust issues. She had notice it.( It would be hard not to.) But said it was no big deal because it wasn't on the surface. She also mention that the fact it had only 90k for miles and ran so good and was only $4000 it still was a great buy. She drove it twice that day and drove it again with her buying coach came in and they said. it was great buy for her too. She did have a week from the time she left a deposit which was refundable during that time. To take it do a mechanic and never did. What more can I do???? Than she decides to take it to a mechanic. He said because of the rust that he wouldn't buy it. But she only had $4000 to work with because her car was totalled out.You can't buy many suv's with under 100k for miles and 4wd for $3600.00.

Excellent Experience

Recently bought a low mileage, well documented Acura and could not be happier with the experience. I had done my research and the quoted price was within my parameters for a quality car. We worked out the price I paid for the car, and I left feeling very good about my deal. Paperwork was fast, hassle free and done right. I've already referred several people to see Rick when they are ready for their next car.

Glad you were happy with your purchase. It nice when people take the time to response to a reviews. It helps us know how we did. Thanks

KEEP LOOKING.

After driving for an hour to get to the dealership, I met with Mike who was friendly on the phone and in person. The vehicle was in good shape but needed tires. This was about where the experience went bad. He arrogant and overly confident in the value of the vehicle. He tried to lowball me on the trade in and wouldn't even negotiate in the slightest. I would KEEP LOOKING these guys are Quacks!

Thank you for your response. It unfortunate it wasn't a positive one. We price are cars to the current market value. In todays market you need to price your cars competitive from the get go or no one will contact you. Our vehicle was priced the same as another vehicle just like it on cars.com. We had some room to negotiate but not the $4000 discount you ask for. There no sense in negotiable when someone make us that kind of offer. As far as your trade a 170,000 mile car, there just not that desirable. ( Sorry) That why I offer you the auction price of $1500 .Because that about want we may get for it at the auction. It wasn't a vehicle we would sell retail due to the miles. You said that OK you would sell it on you own. Sorry for your disappointment. Good luck to you.

Friendly Salesperson

Mike was very friendly and easy to work with. I had a great experience and will definitely use them for my next purchase.
