Process made simple

I had the best experience with the whole process of my vehicle purchase. I had an awesome salesman, Jeremy Violet. He was friendly and very professional. Will refer them to anybody I know that is need of a car.

Don't expect them to be prompt

We had been waiting for over two weeks for a car that appeared on here and they said they were waiting on a part. Salesman, who had been very nice overall, called yesterday to let us know they had the car. I ask a few simple questions and for some additional pictures which he took care of. Spoke to him as he was leaving work and he said he'd call me today to take care of paperwork. Don't hear from him till lunch time today and he calls to tell me the car was sold last night. I thought we had a clear understanding we were going to purchase and had even discussed arrangements to pick it up and even offered to pay a deposit. That isn't how you do business. Very disappointed. Would not recommend doing business over the phone because apparently they'll sell it to the first person that walks in regardless of what they've told you.

The saga continues

We purchased the new to us vehicle on 3/14. My previous lender finally received the payoff for my trade on 4/13. Now, on 4/25, the alternator went bad and a front strut needs to be replaced. Hundreds of dollars in parts alone.

A smooth process

I had one of the best car buying experiences ever at Hertz Car Sales Orlando today. My wife and I are owners of a Kia Rio thanks to Chandler Ferguson, and his manager, Eric. From the time I inquired about the car and his very quick response, Chandler proved to be communicative, knowledgeable, and patient with us during the entire process. He showed us a couple of other cars we were interested in, but in the end, we chose the Kia, and we are very happy. We got a better financing deal than we had prequalified for, and were given options about warranties, but not pushed. We chose the Gap Warranty coverage, and that was it in addition to the existing warranties, as well as the 12 month/12,000 warranty that comes from Hertz. I will definitely be recommending Chandler and his team at Hertz if others inquire regarding a used car.

Joe in Winter Park

Joe was an amazing car sales man. He was true to what he said and if he didn?t know the answer he found it out for you. Every time I called Hertz Joe would answer it was like he was running the place. Anytime I went to the dealership Joe was out in the heat showing a customer a car. He is just so great. When we went inside the other car sales men were just sitting around eating or chitchatting. Joe was an amazing experience just in himself I have never felt so confident in buying a car and not feeling preassured or stressed. I?m sending all my friends to hertz but not for just hertz but to speak with Joe because he is truly amazing.

Best Car buying experience

I purchased a van in Orlando and was helped by Wendy. The entire experience from start to finish was truly wonderful. Wendy assisted me for over three weeks, while I decided on a vehicle and secured financing through Capital One. She stayed in constant contact and made the process so simple it was scary.

Dishonesty

On 5/20/2017 I went to see a vehicle that I was interested on at this location, I checked in with the sales person, I asked for the vehicle that I wanted to test drive and he said... the so and so car quoted at $$$ and I said yes, that is the one, I then test drove the car and came back and I told him that I wanted to purchase the car and that I was willing to pay part cash and part credit ( I was already approved by Capital one)...then the price changed in a matter of seconds increasing it by $1300, today 5/23/2017 the price was reduced again by $1000.00. I wonder if they use this to bring customers in. I told them not and walked away....just by using this kind of tactic I can tell how honest the people working at this location are.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!

Robert Ortiz and Dennis were the best people I've EVER dealt with! After relocating to Florida and needing a reliable used vehicle and spending 4 days with others dealerships the process and service here was OUTSTANDING! Dennis was super patient and just plain KIND...... Robert was also the best at handling finances as we used our credit union from back home. My Husband and I will NEVER use anyone but this HERTZ to purchase our future cars!
