    Went to order a 2021 Yukon Denali. Was told salesmanager said it would take six months for delivery. Went to Everett and ordered. 6-8 weeks.

    In this world of everyone wanting the cheapest price on everything, I'm glad to know that I can buy my vehicles in the Central Arkansas area and refer... friends to a dealership that gives a great price on great cars; and I get to deal with a great staff. Price is not everything as dealerships must make a living to survive; but having someone you can deal with all the way until your next purchase through the owning process is priceless.

    The salesman was eager to tell us what we wanted to hear to get us to purchase. The service after the sale to take care of a few small items only happened... because I had to push them to follow thru on the pre-sale commitments. It was like I didn't matter after the sale was made. So disappointing for all the pre-sale hype. Not much chance of them selling me another vehicle.

    I am always very satisfied with the customer service department at Gwatney. This trip was suppose to be an oil change and tire inspection only. I left... with four new tires. I was confused however, because I received a video of my visit and the guy stated that my tires were fine and advised that I keep rolling as long as I can. Then I received a call from the service dept advising that I get four new tires. It was said that all tires were worn and needed replacing. I am a single female with no knowledge of tires. I hope that by depleting my savings acct to purchase new tires that I was well advised and not taken advantage of.
