Fantastic Experience

I must being with I hate car buying!! But after going to Spitzer I am client for life! I went to see their showroom on Saturday with no expectation of buying just wanted to see the new Ram 1500, I was greeted by Bill Czaja and never felt pressure on the contrary it felt like a conversation about the car and my needs in a truck. From the beginning Bill took us step by step on the car features and benefits as well as any questions my wife or I had were answered quickly and professional; needless to say after we test drove the truck we were hooked! As I stated earlier from the beginning to end there was never any pressure or upselling we got a great price and the service of Bill and Ed were out of this world. With you fantastic client service and positive no pressure attitude you have won a client for life. Thanks again Bill and Spitzer in my purchase of the 1500 Ram. Chris

Great Experience...treated like family!

My husband and I walked in by chance and left with an amazing car and an incredible experience! Salvador Campusano and Edgar Rogers made our purchase easy (they were friendly, patient and professional). It was a pleasure doing business with the Spitzer team!!

My Spitzer Dodge Car Buying Experience

Bought my brand new Chrysler 300S from Spitzer Dodge in Homestead and had a tremendous experience. My Sales Representative, William (Bill) Czaja was unbelievable during the entire process. I was looking for a Pearl White White Hemi V8 and there weren't any in Dade, Broward or Palm Beach Counties. Bill found one for me in Orlando and personally made the trip to ensure the car was showroom new and drove it down himself to make sure that the car was not mistreated over the 300 mile trip. He was patient, a gentleman and he delivered on everything he promised me from the delivery date, to the price of the car; which was much lower at Spitzer than any other dealer in Dade & Broward County hands down. I would recommend Spitzer Dodge and specifically Bill if you are looking for a Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep or Ram Truck and if you are looking for the best deal by the best people. My Go To Dealership

My experience is based on my purchase with William (Bill) Czaja. From the time I first spoke to him, I felt like this was a guy I could work with. I am retired and went through Truecar and all the other sites to make sure I was getting the best deal. Having said that, I went to other dealerships and spoke to a lot of sales reps. Honestly, I don’t think I could have gotten a better deal than what I got with Bill. He was able to locate the Jeep I wanted and got it for me. I’m going to buy another Jeep from him for my daughter. These guys have it right. I feel confident that I got the car that I wanted at the right price.

Service Manager acts like a spoiled child

I took my car into Spitzer for a warranty part. After waiting 3 months and the part was "backordered" I call Dodge customer service myself and the part arrived 9 days later. In the interim I was emailed a survey about Spizter. I filled out the survey in a completely honest manner. I have never purchased from Spitzer because they never have anything on the lot that I am interested in. So they are not a dealer that can serve my needs. Bill, the service manager is now acting like a high school girl and will not do the warranty work because of the way I responded to the survey. I'm assuming that he has had negative comments before...LOL So now he won't release the part that he didn't have any follow thru on so that I can get my warranty issue rectified. I feel that this immature approach to customer service speaks for itself. I have to select an employee I worked with and I have worked quite nicely with Jayne in the past. I am choosing her name only to move forward and none of this is a reflection on her at all.

False Advertising BEWARE Scammers at work

Came to the Homestead, Fl Dealership Spitzer Jeep Dodge after I was "Pre-approved" had email and voicemail stating those exact words... get there, get the run around and slick small talk and finally speak with a salesman about the vehicle I was PRE-APPROVED for (Had a salesman call, and email stating the above, along with them stating the Vehicle would be ready and waiting outside for me after I signed the paperwork) Speaking to the salesman things seemed to change, they said my credit was good, just not enough, and that I needed a co-signer well I traveled almost 50 miles to meet with them and NONE of this was stated to me before I got there along with a salesman telling me that THEY the dealership made a mistake they should not have told me I was "Pre-Approved" that they should have told me I was "Pre-Qualified" Nice play on words.... I did not get a vehicle from them and they lost a sale, bought a new Ford from the Ford dealership... They are scammers and false advertise I have it in writing and will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau BEWARE THEY WILL DO AND SAY ANYTHING YOU WANT TO HEAR INCLUDING LIE to get you in the door... Do NOT fall for the Lies...

Bill is the man!

I was looking for a Dodge Grand Caravan for a while but last week I finally found it! The van was used but looked brand new and the price was really good as well! I called the number and the gentleman called Bill answered. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. I told him I lived out of town and I problably wouldn't make it on time before the dealer closedand he said "no problem". We can wait for you! As I got there, around 7:30 pm, he really took care of me and the whole buying experience was amazing! Great prices and even greater customer servcice. I gotta say: Bill is the man!

As a customer services rep, I look for nothing but the best in service I recieve. I must admit I was WOWED at the way Jack assisted me. He was caring, honest, and Direct. That rare too find in any sales person. I was recommended by a co worker and I will be sending more services Jacks way. THANKS JACK
