Best car buying experience, bar none
Just wanted to give my heartfelt thanks to Parker and the team at Reno Audi. After the past couple of years dealing with local and statewide dealers that have added $5k or $10k markups or forced add-on options (e.g. $5-8k “vehicle protection packages”), and dealing with long order timeframes and supply issues, my hopes of buying a new car were fading. There were only a small number of dealers that offered at MSRP, but with 8-12+ month timeframes. I decided to look out of state nearby, and connected with Parker at Reno Tahoe. From the very start, Parker was extremely responsive and took the time to understand my requirements. He showed patience and answered many of my questions, especially when it came to the logistics of purchasing out of state, and made the entire experience smooth and easy, keeping me up to date along the way. He was able to get me in immediately for a build slot and got me an order at the factory. The entire process from initial contact, placing the factory build order, to receiving the new vehicle was less than four months, which includes the month-long ocean shipping time. Parker went over available rebates/incentives and purchase options and the Reno team gave me realtime support when it came time to registering the vehicle at my local CA DMV office. Reno management also checked in to make sure things were going well and if there were any questions or help needed. This has been by far, the best experience I’ve ever had interacting with a team at a dealership and purchasing a vehicle. The customer service, personal attention and care is something that is sorely missed nowadays, and I wish other dealers and other industries would take notice and start addressing. Best car buy experience ever. JT helped us get into the car I’ve been wanting for a long time! BJ was great too. They were very personable and definitely didn’t have the stereotypical car salesman attitude. Definitely would recommend and buy again from here.

Bought A Subaru from an Audi Dealer
Using my USAA car services , I found an almost new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek - just what I wanted, at Audi Reno/ Tahoe. Talked to Alex Cuddy about the vehicle and it's walk-away price and, after reserving it, flew from Burke, Virginia to Reno, Tahoe to pick it up - had a very nice ride home. My thanks to Alex Cuddy for his hospitality and great sale service and to BJ Christensen for the prompt paperwork.

EASY PEASY
Not only have I purchased 2 CPO audis from them, I always have them serviced here too. They have never let me down. They are fast, friendly, honest. When buying a car from them, it's EASY PEASY! Both CPO's came with Audi Care program for free services until 50,000 miles that previous owner had, no games,no pressure. Both CPO's came/ 100,000 mile warranty. (drive it like you stole it!). My last trip in 4 service, I traded in my A5 for ttrs. They are real fast/ paperwork, dmv, etc. A lot of other dealers could learn from them. I'll be back.

Wonderful company to work with
My first review. Takes a great experience or a terrible one to warrant a review. Then finding the right place on cars.com to write a review is harder. I live in Utah and was looking for a Toyota Highlander Hybrid. Found a great deal on cars.com at Audi Reno Tahoe in Reno, Nevada about 8 hours away. Car had no real description about condition. Asked the dealer and he said it was in great condition inside and out. Didn't want to spend $350 to fly to Reno to find car was actually lousy. My brother recently had such an experience so I was very worried. Dealer picked me up from Reno airport in the car I was going to buy so I got the test drive on the way home. Car looked practically new to me. I was so impressed. No pressure by dealer. Had plenty of time to look it over and ask questions. I ended up getting a great deal because the car had some extra features they didn't get in their cars.com ad which would have raised the price and made it sell more quickly. Dealer was great getting all papers signed. Car came with 30 day 3000 mile warranty even though it was five years old. Dealership was also great at getting the paperwork promptly to the Utah DMV via fedex. I highly recommend these people.

Great Customer Service
This dealer accommodated me when I wanted to see a used Audi A4 convertible they had just taken in. It hadn't been through their shop yet, but they took me around back and were extremely nice ... even when I reluctantly had to say "no" because the trunk was too small. The salesperson lightly tried encouraging me because he could see that I really liked the car otherwise, but there was no real pressure and he backed off after a couple of comments. A month or so later when they took in a used Audi Sportwagon, I again contacted them before the vehicle had been through their shop. The salesperson was so nice. He called me practically every day with news about the issues they were finding with the car. So much honesty. No pressure. I would definitely work with these folks again.
