NEVER AGAIN!!!

Purchased car for son for college.The car overheated several times within the first couple of weeks. It was supposedly fixed . Consistently contacted the dealer regarding this issue. Before we took son to college the car overheated again. Vehicle broke down in Cartersville Georgia while taking son to college.Same problem. Now at college it overheated again. Put down nearly $6,000 dollars for a vehicle that is not dependable and unsafe. I'm sure there will be some type of defensive response placing blame on the buyer. No buyers remorse,car looks nice so there is no reason that I would be posting this for any other reason. Can show phone bills,repair bills to back my claims. Car is currently sitting at a Ford dealership in Corbin Kentucky.One can hide behind the laws to justify ones actions or one can do good business to satisfy the customer. We bought the car in March. Haven't even had the car for half a year. Will never do business with this company again. I'd really have to have a great imagination to make this up.

2009 Mini Cooper

Everything about this place was terrible. Literally had to do $1500 worth of work within 3 days because of the quality of vehicles they sell. I would recommend you go somewhere else.

Will be a returning customer

I purchased my 2011 Volkswagen Jetta through Jerry Wilson on July 1st, 2015. I absolutely love my car. Only issue I had was the break was rubbing and Jerry told me to bring it down and they would fix it at the service station they have next door. They got my car fixed and I've never had an issue with it other than that. Drove it to New York last year, to Georgia this year, and it drove like a champ. I will be back in a few months to get a second vehicle. My credit wasn't that great and Jerry and Chad did everything to get me into my vehicle with a decent payment that I can afford. Thank you so much everyone there at Jerry Wilson's

sold me a car with trasmission problems

Had the car for less than a day before the windows quit working, and 6 months before transmission started misfiring, I was assured id have a car that would run with "no issues" and within 6 months I had nothing but issues, when I called them for help I was told "it ran when I sold it to you" no help whatsoever, I was blown away since everyone was so nice when I was giving them my money.

When customer bought car everything was in working order. Car came with a 90day 3000 mile warranty from dealership. customer never once called or came into dealership until 8 months after purchase stating transmission is blown and she is giving car back. so after 8 months and thousands of miles customer had an issue with her transmission. cars do break down its just an issue of when, and couldn't have been driven for 8 months and thousands of miles if car had an issue when she bought it. We didn't build the car Dodge did. sorry for her loss

Great Group at Jerry'S

I was in the market to purchase the SUV I have wanted since 2010. I found one thru Cars.com. Jerry Wilson's Motor Cars was one of the dealers that advertised the Saturn Outlook. Jake gave me call after I inquired about the SUV online, gave me a lot of information and insured me that I could get the financing I was looking for. I have to admit I was skeptical but my husband and I drove 2 and 1/2 hours to go and get the truck. Jake, Mr. Jerry and Chad were all so nice and really gave me a lot of information about the vehicle and my financing. It was the best 2 and 1/2 hour trip I ever made. I absolutely love my 2007 Saturn Outlook. My husband plans on going back to them when he plans on buying his Chrysler 300.

Good experience.

Jake at Jerry Wilson Auto worked very hard to make sure everything was to my satisfaction to get me out the door with the car I was looking at. The car was overpriced by a bit but they negotiated a price that I felt was fair. They also made repairs to the vehicle that I had felt were needed prior to my buying it. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I'm glad I went there.
