Gave them two changes for service.

Gave them two changes for service. First time wanted me to leave the new car there for 5 days minimum with no loaner. Second time was a simple oil change and appointment meant nothing. In addition I felt a bit of dishonestly as they saw me looking at my car sitting in the same spot for over an hour past appointment time and ran out to move it out of sight.

Added $8000 onto the advertised price.

Added $8000 onto the advertised price. Charging a $399 trade fee. I had no trade but they said it’s a standard line item. Luckily I worked through text, I would have been annoyed if I went down to the store. Buyer beware they will hit you with unnecessary fees that ended up making the price more expensive vs the competition. Shady business!

I dropped my vehicle off to get a broken window serviced.

I dropped my vehicle off to get a broken window serviced. When I arrived to pick it up, I noticed that the side of my seat had been broken off. I initially thought the service staff might have disassembled the side of my seat, but when I showed the damage to the first person I encountered, they pointed out that it was broken and didn't believe me when I said it was damaged while under their care. The service technician insisted that they were not responsible for the damage and proceeded to point out other minor cosmetic flaws on my car, implying they contributed to the seat being broken. His body language and attitude were indignant, insinuating that I was lying. I remained polite and said, "Sir, with all due respect, this is not the condition my seat was in when I dropped the vehicle off." The manager got involved and said he would fix it. The service staff asked me to wait in the waiting room. When they came to get me, I thanked them for making it right and fixing the damage. However, when I got home and got out of my vehicle, the side of the seat broke off again. They had crudely fashioned it to appear fixed, but it was still permanently damaged. I don't know who broke the side of my seat—it could have been the person who picked it up or the technician who worked on the window—but I do know they broke it, tried to shirk responsibility, faked fixing it, and had an accusatory nature. My car is ten years old and not perfect, but it's well-maintained, and I love it. My seat had no damage the day I dropped it off, and now it's broken. I do not appreciate this. I understand that mistakes happen and that someone accidentally broke my seat. That's fine—things happen. How they handled it is not okay. If you were in my position and picked up your car only to find the side of your seat had been broken off, what would you say? Now, I just have a broken seat and no recourse.

Shady business practices!

Shady business practices! Advertised price was just to lure you in as that price was not honored. They added a “mandatory” $3k for pain protection, $999 dealer fee, and $299 documentation fee. Absolutely deplorable. We walked out.

They said 3-4 weeks to fix a car (leased and under warranty). No loaner car bc no diagnosis. How long it will take to diagnose? 3-4 weeks. How long it will take to repair? 3-4 weeks. Repair and diagnostics 3-4 weeks. So you get the loaner when the car is ready be to picked up! And that’s not including the 1 week that the car is being dropped off to them.

2006 GMC Savanna 3500 Service

Great except for the text communication about the service. Was unable to make contact with a person at service, called three times, after receiving a text message about the recommended service and pricing. I personally don't care for the electronic communication and would prefer to speak with a service writer.
