I visited several car dealerships in the Little Rock area looking for a low-mileage preowned car and was exhausted after leaving each one. I made an unexpected... stop at Central Arkansas Infinity, met Gunner and things changed for the better. Gunner was courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly, I felt like I can trust him. The finance team was fantastic-fair prices, terms, and completely worked to get me the best deal. If you are in the market for a new or per-owned, vehicle, start your shopping here. It will take a lot of stress out of purchasing a vehicle.
The staff was amazing from Rob Metzgar, to Josh Owen, and Zach Owen. My wife and I flew from New Orleans to Little Rock (8 hours travel time). When we... left with our new car we felt it was worth the trip. Everyone was exceptional. The treatment my wife and I received was beyond exceptional, and we have dealt with many dealers. Our 2018 QX80 is perfect. I would recommend that anyone looking for a vehicle consider making the trip to Everett Infiniti. I know I would if I am purchasing an Infiniti.

After I purchased a previously owned vehicle from Everett Infiniti online, they delivered the vehicle to me. Once I received the vehicle it was clear... they had not bothered to clean the vehicle or disclose to me that several things were not in order despite the “107” point inspection they touted. I was shorted one key FOB, and the other issues included a broken reading light and broken air vent. Both broken items I’m sure would have been caught and fixed had they detailed the vehicle and completed the said inspection in the first place. The reason I’m sure the inspection wasn’t completed, was the beer bottle top left on the backseat cup holder, and baby pacifier left in the storage compartment I found. Their fix after I brought this to there attention? Refund me $31 off the delivery fee because that’s what they believed I should be able to 1. Source the OEM parts needed to remedy, and 2. Be charged by a local dealership for labor.... Among other things, they didn’t even have the courtesy to give me a full tank of gas upon delivery.

Jared B was extremely helpful, considerate, and honest! We explained our displeasures with previous dealerships and the games they were playing! We live... over 3 hours away and we’re passing through Benton for the holidays. Jared worked everything over the phone, came in hour and a half early to make sure our vehicle was ready, and had us in-and-out in under an hour knowing we had a long drive ahead of us.
