I have to say I had a wonderful experience.

I have to say I had a wonderful experience. At sunset, Kia in Sarasota, I walked in. I was greeted by friendly professional staff who listened to me. I never felt pressured, and I was in n out within just a couple of hours. They kept me informed and even checked up on me. A few times after leaving with my new vehicle, a huge, thank you to Rob in financing, As well as Ryan and my salesperson Tega, all could not have purchased my "bigger n better" upgrade, all worked very hard to make it all happen for me!!! In addition, I want to add that I tx or call with questions pre and after the purchase and they are more than happy to answer my questions professionally, thank you for not treating buyers as if they are just numbers, but to accommodate our concerns and give solid advice as if they are family members, not sale pitches. Im trully humbled!

Had to get useless add-ons removed from my lease the next

Had to get useless add-ons removed from my lease the next day, was reviewing paperwork and noticed they were snuck in. I also apparently didn't get the promo rate for the lease I came in for, despite qualifying for it.

We just purchased a new 2025 Kia Niro Hybrid, and the entire buying experience was really easy and pleasant (not what I'd normally expect when buying a car). With our purchase, trade-in and dealer financing, Sean was very informative, reassuring and organized. What's even better is the service after the purchase; I could call or text him about any questions regarding our new car, and Sean would respond immediately with an answer and/or solution. Overall, it was a very good experience dealing with Kia Sunset.

My experience was both positive and negative at the same

My experience was both positive and negative at the same time. We contacted them because we needed to check the engine, which had stopped working. They informed us that the car's computer needed to be replaced. They were very responsive, quickly getting in touch with our warranty company and securing approval. We were satisfied with the first part of their service. However, they were supposed to check the car after replacing the computer, and I don't think this was done properly. Just two hours after picking up the car, the alarm lights came on again. The service center was closed on Saturday at 1 p.m., and we called them at 1:15 p.m. the same day. We had to wait until Monday for them to check the car again, and they informed us that they needed to keep it until the next day. This was frustrating, especially considering they had three weeks to run tests and check everything when they kept the car the first time. Although they completed the work as quickly as they could, we were really disappointed that another issue occurred just two hours after the car was picked up. To make matters worse, we live four hours away from Sarasota and had to drive there to pick up the car the first time. The second time we had to postponed our travel back home due to the issue that should have been identified before picking up the car the first time.

I recently moved to Sarasota County and took my 2023

I recently moved to Sarasota County and took my 2023 Sorento in for regular maintenance. I made the appointment online which was easy. Everyone I met was very friendly and welcoming. In particular, Bruce, one of the service team guys, is a great people person. The coordinator didn’t just blindly follow the services for the milage interval in the manual. Instead they did a full inspection first and then did an oil/filter change, replaced the wipers, and rotated the tires. They stated that the cabin and fuel filters were in fine shape and did not need replacement at this time. This was a money saver which I appreciate. Finally, they promised the car for a specific time and contacted me when it was ready which was right on time. Great first experience. I will be going back for my future service needs.
