Chevy Malibu owner

I wrote a glowing testimonial about my experience on the Neat auto web site over 3 months ago, and they chose not to post it :( Anyway... If you are looking for a new "used" car, go see Frank and Linda at Neat Auto Sales, in Merrimack NH. Also, The mechanic, Dan, is a true professional.

Highly Recommend Neat Auto Sales

I highly recommend Neat Auto sales. Louis and his wife are wonderful. Louis is honest, professional, personable, and fair. They offer a no pressure atmosphere. While I did not end up purchasing the vehicle I was looking at, they were very accommodating and let me take as much time as I wanted to see and drive the vehicle multiple times. I will definitely consider them in the future when buying again and will also recommend them to my family and friends! Thank you guys very much for your time and a wonderful shopping experience!

Poor and Lack of full information

You never know what you are really buying, advertising online lacks all the information on the vehicle, fees, warranty and it is very hard to get a bargain out of them. Very Bad Experience....

Sorry about the way you feel Robby (Keith). On our webpage we list as much information as possible including the carfax report on a link with carfax logo. All cars have pictures except of course those that are new arrivals. Cant help that. As we disclosed to you we charge $195.00 which is standard for the industry, ours being one of the lowest in fact. If you had actually bought a car, your experience would have been different for in the used car world the bargain is in the quality and condition of the car. Our price on the vehicle you were looking at was $2000.00 below NADA book ( a bargain really). We just could not lower it more. We have been 25 years in business at the same location and have an A+ rating with the BBB. Best of luck to you.

Looking out for the customer first

Have been shopping for a truck for a week. Though I did not ultimately purchase a vehicle at Neat, my experience with Louis made this dealership my top pick among the 7 or 8 that I visited. I had narrowed my purchase down to two very different options - a higher mileage 4 cylinder at Neat and a lower miles 6 cylinder in a higher price point at another dealership. Louis sat down with me to look at both options, and encouraged me that the other vehicle appeared to be a great deal. He talked through the potential trade-offs without any pressure, and even after it became clear that I was leaning toward the V6 he continued to spend time to help me understand the complications with the Tacoma frame recall which affected both purchases. He also gave me a number of references for folks who could help out with my purchase of the other vehicle, for modifications I was interested in making. Louis is knowledgable, generous and clearly puts his customer first. Neat will be my first stop for my next purchase.

2013 Nissan Juke

Spent a full week trying to decide between a Toyota Prius and Nissan Juke. Both were low mileage vehicles and immaculate. After 3 test drives, fell in love with the Juke. Beth and Kelly were so patient and quick to respond to any questions. Took the car to a friend who told me to buy, and quickly. Car was priced below book value and had 4 brand new tires and brakes/rotors. Also, dealing in used cars from auctions, my friend told me they were the most honest dealers around. Made my decision so much easier. I have had the car for 2 weeks and couldn't be happier. Adding a 4th car to the family was initially a stressful time, but finding a great car for a great price took a lot of the stress away.

2006 Toyota Tacoma, Nov/17, Manchester location

This is the 2nd vehicle my daughter bought at this exact location in the last 14 months and it was certainly the right decision all the way. Everyone, from the owners to various staff members could not have been more helpful and easy to work with. In fact, after we picked out our vehicle they (Louis) stated the vehicle would first have to be inspected and pass N.H. state laws, before it could be formally sold. . What we didn't expect was that this including a full independent 3rd party test and review, along with a computer diagnostic of our vehicle. As part of this test they replaced the front brakes, calibers and full mechanisms, a new engine hose, a pipe gasket, a cracked rear light lens, replaced a bearing and changed the oil while totally documenting every movable part and function to our satisfaction. Best of all, this was all done without any additional costs to us and in fact, we were even allowed a additional small credit, as part of the final buying process.

Looked at 12 toyota 4runners before i went to neat

I looked at 12 4runners in 3 states before i spotted an 06 sport online at NEAT Auto. I called and verified that it was avaliable and frank said it was. I drove 2 hours the next day to see the truck and needless to say it was exactly what i was looking for. There was one issue that we spoke about and he assured me it would be taken care of. I put a deposit and headed home. Frank called me 3 hours later and said it was all set to pick up. His mechanic took care of it right away. We returned that next saturday and purchased the vehicle. They took care of the issue and the truck is great. My wife is very happy. It was well worth the two hour ride to find a clean rust free 4th gen 4runner. Most have bad frames rotting at the rear cab mounts and the radiator support as well as the rear cross member. I would definetly take another ride the next time im looking for a quality used car or truck.

Mazda3 troubles

They tried to sell me a car that had a transmission that was nearly shot. They seemed pretty nice but there is no way they did not know about the transmission issue before offering it to me. That should be a red flag when considering this dealership.

Tyler was advised prior the test drive that this Mazda need it a sensor replaced in the transmission, and he still wanted to drive it. Very common issue with Mazda 3. We sell with a warranty on engine and transmission. Tyler was very pleasant and understanding of the issue.
