All in all I had a very good experience at Crown Hyundia. My salesman Travis was very helpful and put me at ease on what was a big purchase that I hope to keep for a very long time. They took care of all the financing and title transfer in a timely fashion letting me leave with my new car that day.

Chris Murray was my service advisor. He was very nice and pleasant. He explained to me the charges and repairs of what was needed to complete what was required on the car. I told him that would prefer a ride home instead of waiting. He took care of that service for me promptly, going and coming. Well mannered individual.

We were greeted on arrival and directed to the service manager who immediately explained what service was needed and work on our car was started. Everyone was very courteous and helpful while we waited in a comfortable waiting area.

I had a great experience. Jack Nash my sales consultant was very personable and professional. He put me at easy making a car purchase can be stressful.
