So, I purchased a car on 5/17/2024 from this used
So, I purchased a car on 5/17/2024 from this used dealership but signed paperwork at the new dealership around the corner. I left there to head home, stopped to get gas, and the car wouldn't start. I called my sales rep, and she adv someone would be coming out to assist. After 3 hours, I attempted to start the vehicle again and out of NO, where it starts. I called them to let them know, and she advised me to bring it back tomorrow. I brought the car back, and they said they could not find anything wrong. So I go home. The very next day, I'm leaving out of a drive though, and the car falls dead and won't start. It's Sunday, and they are closed, but I reached out to the sales rep. She advised to have it towed home, and they would have the dealership to pick it up the next day. Like the first time after time passed, the car started. So the next day, I drop the car off and let them know something is wrong! They kept the car from 5/20-5/25. I picked the car up, and they said they did several replacements and the car should be fine. While speaking to the Head repair guy (or so that's what is said) He adv the car was not checked out before I purchased and they should not have sold the car for it was not ready to be sold. So, at this point, I'm recording everything. I take the car and again the car doesn't start but this time in my driveway. Of course hours later it starts minding you I work from home so the car is not driven daily Thursday 5/30 car stopped on me in the middle of the road I call AAA and get towed to the dealership they keep the car from 5/30-6/8. I picked the car up on 6/8, and they said everything thing is fine they changed out several parts, and im good to go. 6/13 I'm back at the dealership car demanding to speak to someone over the used dealer because he can't get it together. I go to the new dealership where I signed my paperwork. Speak to the manager, and he assures he's gonna get on it and make sure all is well. I'm ok with that. He said to bring the car in on 6/17 Monday. I get there Monday and was told to bring it back 6/19 Wednesday at this point bringing the car back and forth is starting to mess with my job, so I have my partner bring the car in and he sits there 8 hours for them to get the car together. The car drives fine for 4 days then on Tuesday 6/25 car is sitting in my driveway, not starting at all So I reach out again the the Head guy for the new and used cars he says ok I'll have someone to pick it up. Days, weeks, and now months are going by, and he's not returning phone calls or text messages. He actually reaches out on 10/12 and says aging he'll have someone to come take a look into it. No one has called or reached out. My car actually starts now, but it has a lot of noise behind it. It is not suitable to drive, but my car note and insurance are still paid regardless. I just want them to do the right thing and fix my car.

If I had listened when I was in there a man begged me not to purchase a vehicle from them but no I was stupid. $1500 down $600 per month and the car grinding power steering making a noise no review mirror no head light. The reception u get before they have ure money is different. So sad they finance manager is a uncle tom and he is a complete boldface liar. Fidal is rude disrespectful and obnoxious. Aneeqe is the only good one to me. The next short Hispanic guy lies so much u can right through him. Complete rip off and fake thieves don't buy not even a nail from them. After being jerked off by several salesmen in 2 days I went to Fredy cars for less on 45 north. I met with Aneeq who was a nice guy. He worked really hard to get me in a 2015 Chevy Silverado. He had struggles with this because of the dealer system being down but made it happen. My credit is rough and a challenge all it's own. The guys at Fredy work hard to help put me in a truck. Be prepared to spend a few hours but it will be worth it in the end. Thanks Aneeq!

I used to work there and can tell you the cars are 99% junk. A few good ones come in but most have issues and the customers are forced to buy "as is". If the check engine light is on, they just unplug the battery to get it to go off. They refuse to fix anything. The employees are told to tell the customers that all they need is $500 down just to get them in the door and then most do not get approved or need ALOT more down. $500 down is only for people with a 700 credit score or better. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!. Btw, the owner, Tony "Fredy" Romero is supposed to be a pastor but he knowingly lies to customers and sells them junk cars.

Do not buy a car from Fredys, they do run your credit and
Do not buy a car from Fredys, they do run your credit and if you are a first time buyer do your reserch our you will get drop with a car 3×it's value that breaks thown the first week, and that has had multiple previews owners, with engine problems and no seat belts, or horn . Oh and at the end you interest rates are substantially high.Btw the car they offered wasn't what I wanted . I took the deal because they said they wanted to "Help Me" , so I belived them . Never again , how stupid of me.

The worst dealership Freddy sold me and my son two broke cars with lights on the first two days the motor lock on one he kept the car after making me wait from 9:30-3:30 to tell me it’s the motor lock no ride home watch me break down and cry made me catch the bus home 3 he ride Freddy take your money and sell bad cars then no warranty as is 3 weeks past no word from him I had to pop up there then he said I have to pay for the motor 2000 they leave you on hold no answer nobody knows nothing up there all they say you is hold on I screen shot how long I waited somtimes 45 minutes then 35 minutes one time bad service we have to put him and his bag cars out out of business he robbery us please don’t go. If I could give this place a negative 0 I would they don't care bout you they jus care bout they money they won't help u fix nun on a vehicle they basically own but expect u to pay your car note they sell u a broke down car make minor repairs so it's drivable again just so the next sucker can give them they money and when the car does break down they want u to put another down payment on another car they don't care about they customers at all this place is really bad and they need to be shut down in reality!!!!!!
