LEMON.

Sold me a LEMOM. bought 2011 traverse Aug 2018. Car broke down October 19. 21 codes. Engine is terrible. Suspension was faulty. Transmission started slipping after 11 months. Mechanic told me to not even bothering fixing it. I will never buy from 1st nation again and will never refer. I'm considering civil action. They sold me an unsafe vehicle and my family used that car...

I am very sorry to hear that Mr Mumphrey feels this way about his purchase. He purchased his vehicle on July 7, 2018 at 79760 miles he came into our service department on September 20, 2018 at 84585 miles which is 4915 miles later for oil change and had no problems. Mr Mumphrey came in for a second oil change on December 1, 2018 at 89846 miles which is 10176 miles after his purchase and had no issues with his vehicle at that time. According to a Carfax that I pulled today it appears that Mr Mumphrey has had his vehicle serviced every 5 to 6000 miles with no other problems found till June of 2019 and he had a Upper Control Arm replaced at that time the vehicle had over 100,000 miles on it. I don't think that this could be considered a Lemon by any stretch of the imagination. I feel these facts will show that Mr Mumphrey has posted an unfair complaint about our company.

Great Deal & Great Service

Great Deal - I actually purchased my truck in only one hour. Need a second truck for my landscape business and Bud got it done very quickly at the price I wanted. Great Service - Since then, I needed a repair and it was in and out in one day at a very fair price. These guys are the best in the area. Brian Boggs Alamance Lawn Care
