Great experience with dealings on new vehicle vs trade-in. Sales Associate was very knowledgeable on new vehicle I wanted, and Finance Manager was very... good in working with me on affording my new vehicle. Both were very friendly and efficient. Couldn't have asked for better service!

Purchase a 2019 frontier. Looked at paperwork yesterday, found out was charged 2500.00 for some premier package. Told them didn't want anything extra added... to loan. Only added work to be done. Hitch and driving lights. Very disappointed ☹️ that I didn't catch it. Had completed paperwork on computer display and didn't catch till after completion and some copies were given to me.

Crossroads Nissan surpassed our expectations! Victoria Fulton is a wonderful salesperson and Khalil Macklin was phenomenal! They were upfront and honest... about everything and that impressed us as other dealerships were not. We will be back to purchase another vehicle in a few months.

There was no pressure. Yvonne was knowledgeable and helped us in purchasing the right vehicle for us. In fact they were able to get the vehicle from another... dealership in a timely manner due to color of the vehicle exterior and interior.

We spent over 5 hours negotiating/test driving Nissans. In that time span the owner (Mr. Cannan) saw us sitting at the negotiating table and never stopped... to introduce himself even though he passed by us several times. Additionally, he didn't congratulate us for purchasing a car. Several times while negotiating price, we had a specific price in mind and asked (when price was not met) if we could have our own car keys, and they wouldn't let us have them. We also were offered a free first oil change and would like to have something in writing to that effect. Thank you for letting us comment.
