I had a state inspection along with oil change the other day and was blown away by the level of professionalism and customer service provided by my service advisor Scott. He let me know that I needed to start thinking about new tires and even gave me options to start preparing for the upcoming cost. It was nice to be given several choices so that I could make the best decision for me. Also, the service manager Matt stopped to say hello and introduce himself which I thought was a very nice touch.

Sara and Reggie were awesome! They treated me like royalty when I got my brand new Nissan Sentra! Payments were affordable and I even got a full tank of gas! I'm taking them up on the offer for a 2nd delivery here in a week to ensure I am completely comfortable with all of the features. If you are looking for a trustworthy dealership and sales team, go see them! You will not be disappointed!

Excellent experience with the service department. I was surprised they had such a nice waiting area with snacks and delicious coffee. My service advisor Varick provided excellent customer service. He was very helpful and went over my tires, battery, and more. Everyone I encountered was friendly and made me sure I was comfortable. I feel like they really care about the safety of my vehicle and my business.

Changed transmission fluid on 2012 Nissn Quest
The service agent was excellent. He patiently explained all the issues with changing the fluid which was way overdue for changing, did not try to sell me anything. A good experience.

2019 Pathfinder
Just purchased another Pathfinder from Crossroads Nissan. I traded my 2015 S for a 2019 Platinum Pathfinder. After test driving all the top rated SUV's I found the Pathfinder was quieter more room and and had a smoother ride. Dave Cannon, Demarius and the team made the trade in process and purchase very pleasant. The service Dept. was great when my 2015 was serviced, they are friendly and very helpful and easy to book appointments. I would recommend Crossroads Nissan for your next purchase.
