I wish I could give zero stars.

I wish I could give zero stars. This has been the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. We purchased a used 2018 CX-5 from this location and extended the warranty to cover 100,000 miles until 2028. However, every time we’ve gone in for service, the dealership has no record of our warranty. This has happened not once, not twice, but multiple times. The first time, we were told it was a mistake in the finance department, with the wrong name on the warranty. Now we find out that the real issue is your team never submitted the warranty to Mazda. Because of this oversight, the warranty doesn’t show up at any dealership, and we’ve been stuck spending entire days trying to resolve the issue each time. Most recently, this caused us to pay $303.85 out of pocket at Stevens Creek Mazda for a diagnostic fee that should have been covered under warranty. We had no choice because this dealership’s mistake made the warranty invisible in the system. When I finally brought the car back here today, it took yet another full day to “resolve” the situation. This is completely unacceptable. Your repeated mistakes have cost us time, money, and immense frustration. As loyal customers who have purchased two vehicles here, this is an absolute dealbreaker. Unless this is rectified immediately and appropriately, we will never do business here again.
