Must be a lemon distributor....
I get an email recently from Joe one of the sales associates. He asked how I was doing and if my car was doing okay, I'm sure this was just a cold sales call. I let him know that the car that they sold me a few years ago already has transmission problems. I know I bought it used but I tried to tell them that there was something wrong with it when it had a window to be fixed by the dealer. They assured me nothing was wrong. I was correct and there was something with the transmission. I tell Joe that I'm not pleased with how the car is turned out and I never hear back from him. Funny as soon as they find out that they did sell a lemon car I get silence. Now I've even another sales call. do yourself a favor and go elsewhere there's plenty of Honda dealerships that will take care of you better than these guys.

Dishonest salesman and sales manager
A few things: Salesman lied about a big scratch/ Salesman Manager tried to slide us into their loan package/ Salesman or Sales Manger added $1000 onto price we agreed to/ I caught the loan issue right away when the sales manager started talking about it. Then he got mad when I said we are not financing anything here. He stomped out to talk to the salesman, then came back to talk to us and was rude. Team has a partnership with Tech Federal Credit Union so they can do the paperwork at the dealership. He lied again and said it would cost extra, then handed us the paperwork and told us to go to the credit union. When I took a look at the price I noticed he added a $1000. I think he knew Tech would not approve the loan because the car was over loan value with the extra $1000. He would have looked like a fool in front of us. I'm glad the deal blew up. I just wonder how many people fall for crap like that. We ended up buying a new vehicle at International Subaru, everything was handled well and we are pleased with our new car. Team Honda lost a sale because they were dishonest.
Great service, great car
I bought a 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor for under $5000 for one of my kids. This vehicle is so clean, l was shocked. I asked them to put it on a lift to view the undercarriage, and to my surprise it looked as good as the top. I did notice there was a typical problem with the timing belt, and they had their master mechanic look at it. He changed the timing belt and tensioner within a couple of hours. The SUV looks and runs fantastic. Hats off to Kevin Frazier in sales (Tall Kevin) and Ivy Sanek in service. (And the Master Mechanic Jason) I bought a vehicle under $5000, and was treated 10 times better than the service department at Gurley Leap Mercedes. (With a new Mercedes)

This was one of the quickest car deals, that I've experienced, in my life! I arrived around 9:45am, and was in my New 2013 Ford Edge by 11am!! I highly recommend going to Team Honda 30, and my Sales Rep. Kevin F. and Finance Director Glenn B. was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!👍👍

was told something and never got done
Purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee in August was told they’ would provide me with touch up paint due to car having scratch , I live hour away they told me first I had to pick up cause they couldn’t mail it , then I was told to buy paint and they would send me a check never got nothing I purchase the paint on amazon got it in 2 days , would not buy car again here they go in circles poor customer service
I emailed them with a question about a vehicle in stock and they responded very quickly with the info I requested. They were straight forward with the response and did not attempt to "sell" me on anything.
Even though I'm in the research phase of car buying, they were willing to show me a variety of vehicles so that I would have options. Really appreciate that!!

(Slightly) Used Car Purchase
My husband had been researching and decided we needed a 2016 Honda Pilot. We were putting off this purchase because we still had negative equity from our current vehicle, but when the current vehicle needed a $4,000 repair, we decided to purchase the Pilot. Our salesman was Mike McFarland (ask for him!) and he did a fantastic job answering all of our questions and isn't at all the stereotypical "pushy" sales guy. The financing process took longer than usual due to the negative equity issue, but the finance manager did a great job presenting our options and politely offered to step out of his office to allow my husband and I to discuss what we should do. Though we were in a stressful situation due to the sudden need to make this substantial purchase, the process here was relaxed and easy!
