It was a interesting experience.

It was a interesting experience. I had no intentions of leasing a new car. It started out when i was just snooping around on Ryan Honda Website and suddenly Taylor Miller contacted me. Very good salesman. He sent me a video of the Honda Pilot I was viewing and to make a long story short, I drove home that vehicle that day.Gave me a fair price on my trade in which was a 21 Honda Pilot. The entire sales department are awesome . Good job Taylor and Chelsea. Also Mr. Feist helped me out the day before for a service scheduling. A+++ Everyone

I went in 01/02/24 for a recall on my 2023 Honda CRV

I went in 01/02/24 for a recall on my 2023 Honda CRV Hybrid and was told the wait time would be an hour, I am now at 2 hours waiting which this dealership has previously over promised and under performed. I asked the advisor if they have coffee and was directed to showroom where a machine and an empty pot were and the advisor said they would make some which they did after an hour but to no avail no coffee cups. The customer lounge chairs look like they have been salvaged from the dump. I guess the owners can’t afford cups or customer service chairs.

Ever stayed in a one star motel?

Ever stayed in a one star motel? Thats where the manager came from at Ryan Honda in Minot, ND. My Father had made a deal on a new Pilot, he asked if he needed to put money down to hold it on Friday, the sales person said no. Saturday they conversed back and forth about a hitch, it was 1500 dollars from Ryan Honda, I can buy the same thing on amazon for 300, he told them that he didn't want the hitch. The Manager who reads all texts and conversations stepped in at this point and sold this vehicle to someone else, thinking he didn't want the vehicle, not confirming that it was the hitch he didn't want. She is a very lovely gal who loudly told me in the showroom that and I quote "I xxxx a lot of people off!" Good thing all Honda's are the same price. The Ryan Family Dealerships have been going down hill for a long time I guess I didn't think it was getting this bad.

I bought a car from them at a very low APR.

I have them this review becaus3 they helped me get the car that I wanted at a low APR. They answered any questions or concerns that I had and they offer a military discount if you finance through them.

Your gonna hate buying from ryan

We went in yesterday to purchase a new honda. We test drove the vehicle and our sales man was great informative and helpful. He stayed late several days before to accommodate our schedule. So we decided on the new civic the touring edition fully loaded nice car. We got pre qualified for the loan with USAA and we're ready to purchase. They then valued or trade in first they asked how much we owed on the trade in and what we thought we wanted for it. They took the keys and went to look at the vehicle. Of course I already new were I wanted to be in the vehicle and what it was worth KBB and NADA. High end for our jeep was $24,000.00 and low end around $21,000.00. Our jeep has low miles and is taken care of the only reason we are lookin to get out of it is that it has the 5.7 Hemi in it. We want a better gas milage vehicle. They came back and offered us $19,000.00 for the jeep which was to low. I told them it was to low and that we needed to be at least at pay off for the vehicle which is $20,046.83. Especially since we were paying there advertised full price on there vehicle. Our salesman went back and asked and came back with $19,250.00. $250.00 what a slap in the face. I told them no that wasn't going to work for us he said sorry let me introduce you to our sales manager who explained that was the best they could do. I said that was fine and we left. They lost a sale over $800.00 which is still well below blue book on the car. What a waste of time in the future we should work out the details before we look at there cars.

Left with a tail light out

Went in for a tire rotation and oil change. They did the over all look over. When I went to pick up my vehicle they discussed with me that my tail light might have to be replaced but the light flicked on so they didn't replace it or even call me to discuss if this was something I wanted done. That night I checked and the tail light was completely out. I live in a different state and was going home the next day. I had to go to another Honda place when I got back to get this done. I've NEVER had this happen to me before and I've gone to a few different Honda dealerships as I travel quite a bit. Very disappointing

a wonderful experience buying from Ryan

I was in the market for a Honda Odyssey because my wife insisted that it was the best. I used Cars.com to find the best deal and flew to Minot ND. The Team at Ryan Honda met me at the airport upon arrival. Drove me to the dealership. Had the Odyssey detailed and ready to go with a full tank of gas. My time with Cole was fantastic and a joy. I worked with Stewart in F & I and was very pleased. I drove the car from Minot ND back to Chicago and arrived the next morning. It was the greatest shopping experience I could ever imagine. I would recommend Ryan Family Dealerships to everyone.

Thank you!

Billy Mills and Stewart Peacock helped me, my mother and my brother all buy new/used vehicles! Great staff, fair and upfront pricing, easy buying process. Would recommend Ryan Honda of Minot to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Marian

I was satisfied with service but would like OEM electrical cord be placed on vehicle knowing it would cost more. Thanks.
