I had to haggle with a service manager about my power train warranty regarding a front transfer case seal. He initially told me it was not covered by... the power strain warranty yet my warranty manual said it was. I would have eaten about 400 dollars if I didn't bring it up. Do they receive commission or something?? Second bad experience with this dealership. At least it worked out on my end.
Fast, quick, accurate - appreciated verbal comments explaining what was done to correct my problem.
Went in to have tires aligned, after talking to customer service bout the pulsing feeling in the brakes they checked further and discovered that the brakes... and drums needed to be replaced. They completed all work in a timely manor and had me back on the road.
Long time customer and will not be returning there for business. The turnover is high in the service department and there is no loyalty to longstanding... customers.

Yesterday, we bought a new GMC 3500HD truck at Granite GMC. We live in FL and are driving to Alaska when we decided to trade up. We called many GMC dealers,... as we knew what we wanted. When we talked to Jason Dymnicki, we knew he was our salesman. He is very personable and helpful. Everything we asked for, he found an answer. When it came to price negotiation, he and his boss, Angie, were very accommodating. At the time of purchase, we found the whole shop excellent. Then, Jason went into an extreme customer service mode. We had many items to be installed on the new truck and some that needed to be moved from he old truck. He went over and above what we would expect from any other sales person.
