Great New Car Experience.

I just bought a 2022 Honda CRV-ExL from Duncan Honda. I have nothing but good things to say about the people at this dealership. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They dealt with me very honestly and quickly. I recommend going here before you go anywhere else. Thanks so much for the great service.

Go somewhere ELSE where people care about you!

These people don’t care about their customers. My family was hit and our car was totaled. I called and offered to put down a deposit to hold the car and even filled out the finance application. We had an appointment in two days and they sold the car the night before. They ran my credit and then sold the car I was coming to get. Now my family has no car during a car shortage and they don’t care. I was just told it’s against their policy to hold a car. It’s sad that humans are so uncaring just so they can make some money a day earlier! I hope no one shops here.

Shockingly unprofessional service workers

One service worker offered me an under the table deal to buy my car which was shockingly unprofessional. This happened right after they tried to overcharge me for repairs which I found for 1/5 the price elsewhere with their competitors. In general the service workers were rude and shady.

Trans repair

My experience was as good as one could expect when you have something fail on a Friday afternoon. I was fixed and done within 3 hours. These guys do a good job diagnosing the problem and getting it fixed correctly. So I am confident in the repair. I appreciate the expedited service and response.

Awesome Service!

Had an inspection done here as well as a major recall to my Accord! They were able to work me in quickly, take me to work, and give me peace of mind with a quality repair! Service department goes above and beyond! Excellent service and very friendly.
