I put in an offer and received no feed back on the offer. Just emails to come into the dealer for a look or test drive.
HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE! Back in June I had a very positive experience with a sales person of Lexus El cajon but that is to be expected to make a sale. We made... a deal and on June 15, 2018 Gabriel Almazan was my Finance Manager. He drew up the docs and I signed my life away. Exactly one month later, July 16th, after calls went unanswered and I still had not received any information in the mail, I emailed Gabriel to try and find out what was going on since Ford Credit was calling me due to non-payment. The Ford was my trade-in. 32 days later I get contacted that there was an issue in financing but not to worry because with a re-contract in my favor the situation will be resolved. From June to July my information was being sent to every financial establishment around, not once was I notified within the 10 day legal period that there was issues. My trade was also not paid off within the 21 day legal period causing a delinquency against me. My credit at that point was taking a very ugly turn. With the confidence that they were going to make the wrong right I agreed to re-contract. July 20th (Friday) the new docs were sent via FedEx to my house dated July 18th. I signed and sent back that Monday. Meanwhile explaining the situation to Ford Motor Credit whom is now also documenting these events. Another month goes by and the exact same situation has occurred only this time my call back comes from the Finance Director Gabriel Almazan who basically tells me Demetrio has screwed up but there is nothing to be done unless I want to hand over $4,000 to avoid an unwind. I certainly was not going to do that so he asked that I come just return the car and we part ways after they have done severe damage to my credit that point. That night I explained the timeline of events to Demetrio via text message.I asked why was I not notified within 10 days back in June of issues and further more why the Ford was not paid off within 21 days of them taking possession? I asked that he and/or his GM correct the situation and I was happy to make the agreed upon payments direct to the dealership if that was the only option since they had owned the deal at that point. The next morning of course I get a call from Demetrio himself notifying me that he has worked some magic and we will re-contract once more in my favor. Same scenario, new docs were sent via FedEx and I signed. I then asked Demetrio to send me a letter of some sort so I count now deal with the three credit agencies to correct the damage Lexus El Cajon created for me. Demetrio has dismissed all responsibility and each contact I try to make he is in "meetings". He does not even have the courtesy to call back and follow through on actions the dealership chose to take without my consent creating a very lengthy process for me to correct myself on their unprofessional behalf.
I just leased a 2015 Lexus IS 250. The purchasing process was the best I have ever experienced. They made it effortless. I have already recommended friends... and family to their dealership. Thank You Lexus El Cajon for the great experience!

Was in town visiting my daughter, called to make an appointment for a detail and the receptionist was as sweet as can be, and transferred me to a Service... Advisor named Jennifer. As soon as I arrived, Jennifer was just FANTASTIC and the detail department made my car look PERFECT. I'll be back.
Bought an E-Oil Membership on Groupon, didn't know what to expect when I came in to use my first oil change and I couldn't have been happier! I will be... coming back and telling all my friends to give them a try! It was worth the drive.
There is no place else I would go for service! Perry and Glenn in service made getting my 10k service on my new IS flawless. They even have a "membership... program" that gives you discounts and helps support Rady Children's Hospital.
