Terrible, the appointment we had scheduled with the
Terrible, the appointment we had scheduled with the salesperson neither the car or the salesperson was there. They told me the car was out for the weekend with one of the other managers. Turned out the car was dropped back off and we could look at it but there was a problem with the vehicle and it wouldn’t drive more then 35miles a hour. We searched the parking lot for 5/10 minutes but could not find the vehicle ! I went back online to search vehicles the next day and found out that it was sold ! Don’t know what kind of lies these sales people get taught but I will never give them by business and would not recommend going to this dealership !

I bought this vehicle in September of 2024.
I bought this vehicle in September of 2024. I've had to bring it in for multiple repairs now totaling to be about 1/4th of what I am now stuck paying for the car. I traded in my car to save money because I was told it would be 5k to even ry to find the issue in the engine. I bought this car with the hope of saving me the financial burden even though my old car was freshly paid off. instead I was sold a car that is broken. Sold quickly to the next gullible girl in a tough situation and it turned out to be me. I will never recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from VADEN CHEVY POOLER. I feel like I was sold a breaking down car and am now left in a vehicle I do not trust will not have something else break within the month. I have brought it in 3 times since purchasing. Had to replace both front and back brakes in 3 MONTHS of owning the car. You are crooks and I plan to let anyone who is interested know how they should stay AWAY from your dealership unless they want to be draged through the ringer on repairs.

Well. first I will tell you that I was going to go the Cheverolet place in Southern Pines. It was worth the drive. Every time I have gone to Vaden there have been issues with service. I decided to get an oil change real quick the service person was Shelby Dinki. Very nice and informative person. She explained everything to me and even talked me into getting the sway bars done. Which I was going to have NC do but she treated as a person and not just a rush in and out.

Buying a car here was okay.
Buying a car here was okay. After that, it was terrible. My wife and I bought two vehicles here on 30JUN, one that wasn’t actually on the lot. When we picked up the second one, we quickly noticed that it wasn’t the car we purchased and whoever picked it up failed to confirm the VIN. There were minor differences, and we kept the car, but had to return to redo all the paperwork associated. Being out of state military, we informed the salesman up front the cars would be registered in another state. We were told this wouldn’t be an issue. The dealership failed to tell us that unlike every other dealership, they don’t handle the registration process for you. We found this out when inquiring as our temporary plates were soon expiring. We were told we signed acknowledging this, which we didn’t. We have been told they can’t re issue the type of temporary plate that we were given, which the local tag office confirmed they can. The company they use to handle title and registration paperwork has only sent a partial package of one of the vehicles documents and I am unable to get to my workplace due to registration requirements. Our salesman has been MIA since he sold us the cars, the title and registration office has not followed up when they stated they would, and when they do, has provided false information. No one will answer their customer service number and we are stuck driving two unregistered vehicles.

First time purchasing from Dan Vaden.
First time purchasing from Dan Vaden. I have heard mixed reviews on them but they had a Tahoe I had been searching for so I gave them a try. Do yourself a favor and ask to work with John. I have never had anyone at a dealership be as thorough and communicative as he was in my 42 years of purchasing. I called to inquire about the truck and he took the lead on everything. He was able to answer my questions before I could even ask. Very friendly, treated me like we had known each other since childhood. When we arrived we sat down with Clifford and he was exceptional as well. This dealership knows how to treat people! The entire process was smooth and completed in a timely manner. They had us in and out in less than an hour. Give them a chance! You will not regret it. Thank you Dan Vaden.
