Their website is a complete lie.

Their website is a complete lie. I went to buy a vehicle Based on a price That was sent to me By 1 of their employees. And also appeared on their website. Went with check in hand to buy based on that price and when I got there The vehicle 5,000 more dollars. Wasted my whole day Dealing with these people. They take advantage of senior citizens. Do not deal with them

Had a terrible car buying experience with this

Had a terrible car buying experience with this dealership. They were dishonest, their website pricing was deceptive, and it was a total bait and switch situation. Once they figured out I could do simple math and wasn’t going to pay 63K for a 42K jeep they ghosted me and refused to respond to a full price offer I made them on a new Jeep for my wife’s 50th Birthday. If I could I’d give them ZERO stars.

Superb Service

I have nothing but the highest praise for the Service Department at Diehl of Robinson. I had been dealing with a problem in my 2004 Jeep for months. The code was "low voltage on MAP sensor." I had been to 4 different places, including another Jeep dealer. All people could do was replace the MAP sensor and within a day the check engine light was back on, and the vehicle was lurching, jerking, losing power, stalling, and was very difficult to start. Sometimes it took 30+ cranks to get it going. Everyone threw their hands up and said they couldn't help me, and my only hope was to find a dealership that had the old DRB scanner that could read detailed engine codes on older Jeeps. I found a dealer in Warren, PA that had a functional DRB scanner and someone that could operate it, so I was trying to get to them. I didn't make it. I had a terrifying drive and the vehicle died on I-79 near McKees Rocks, PA and would no longer start. Diehl said they had a functional DRB scanner. I had the vehicle towed there. Not only did they have a DRB scanner, they also had a senior technician (Al) that could troubleshoot! Al identified a short in the wiring harness, found it and repaired it, and the vehicle finally works great again. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Diehl appreciated that I was stranded and got me back on the road. Also, at no time did anyone try to convince me to buy a new a vehicle. Superb service by Al and Logan!

Very Good

I just bought a 2019 Kia Forte S from Diehl of Robinson and I must say I am beyond pleased with the customer service not only with my salesman but the entire staff here. I worked with Raffaele and he made my first car buying experience a good one and I will absolutely be coming back here.

Slow service ridiculous price

I have been to this dealership on several occasions with our shop truck. The first time I was charged almost $600 for simple fuel filter change. The second time I brought it back I was charged $300 to have a tail light on a flatbed and a marker light replaced with $200 in labor. Every time we take our truck here they gouge us severely a local dealership out the road was half the price every time a vehicle was taken here and they find some other issue with the truck that was just serviced is a 2018 Ram 3500 with 12,000 miles on it. The service department is very slow took over a week for an inspection never called me back I had to pursue them to get a phone call back to pick my truck up. I definitely do not recommend this dealership at all very poorly operated service department.

I’ll never buy a car from here

I went here with an open mind looking for a new suv. I have good credit and was open to any car. Let’s just say when I was push to say which car was my favorite I said well I like the renagades but it dosent have to be that they took that as only trying to get me a renegade and when the monthly payment was more then I wanted to pay instead of showing me a car within my range I was told they couldn’t help me. I left the dealer in tears and went and bought a brand new Mitsubishi at a different dealer. I would never shop here. They only want your money and treat you like it. You are not a person to them and they don’t even try to help meet your needs or get to know you.

Great Service

I took my car in to be serviced and when I got in Chris, a service attendant walked me through everything, and got me set up in their lounge while I waited. 10 minutes later I received a text to ask if I needed anything and that my car should be ready shortly. I was browsing the lot (possibly a new Jeep?) and Chris contacted me that my car was ready. I went to the service desk and Chris walked me through what they did and other information. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and felt good that they explained everything to me and made suggestions for the future. Thanks! Renee

Great Experience

I highly recommend this dealership. Everyone there did a fantastic job. I was treated with respect and they also respected my time, which was a big issue at other dealerships. Jacob was fantastic as well as everyone else there. Two thumbs up!

Waste of Time

Living in Southern California and not finding many Dodge Vipers for sale here, I sent out an email to several auto dealerships stating that I was looking for a 2008 Dodge Viper. Diehl, located in Pennsylvania, responded that they had a 2009 for sale for 63,000. I replied that I had a limited budget and a 2009 was generally 5000 more than a 2008. The sales manager at Diehl, Brandon Barbarow, responded via email with a lower price of 62,000. I was concerned about shipping cost and in a phone call with a differerent salesperson he mentioned they do ship and had recently shipped a car to Texas (for 3,500 and later 5,000 which is way too much). I called Brandon on a Saturday and he mentioned the price, 62,000 to which which I agreed to. The only thing that needed settled was shipping. He then he very much rushed me off the phone saying 'we are closing, and I'll call you back Monday'. He did call and said that he will get some local shipping quotes. I was never called. After I agreed to their price but questioned their inflated shipping price they very much blew me off. The car remains adevertised for sale even after I agreed on their asking price. It appears that the dealership decided not to sell to me because they weren't making enough profit.
