Slow service ridiculous price

I have been to this dealership on several occasions with our shop truck. The first time I was charged almost $600 for simple fuel filter change. The second time I brought it back I was charged $300 to have a tail light on a flatbed and a marker light replaced with $200 in labor. Every time we take our truck here they gouge us severely a local dealership out the road was half the price every time a vehicle was taken here and they find some other issue with the truck that was just serviced is a 2018 Ram 3500 with 12,000 miles on it. The service department is very slow took over a week for an inspection never called me back I had to pursue them to get a phone call back to pick my truck up. I definitely do not recommend this dealership at all very poorly operated service department.

My wife was looking for a new car and searched Autotrader...

My wife was looking for a new car and searched Autotrader and saw one she liked. The price was 29,444 and we clicked on see pricing details and it showed that price. When emailed to verify said we did not qualify bot is 30,444. Even on there website below the price click here shows the same ones that are already in the price listed above unless they are doubled? At least on all the other ones I checked on Autotrader the price was the same at the Dealership. Is this deceptive advertising, I am not sure but will have checked out. My wife wanted to check out because of advertising and woman owned but not paying more than listed on Autotrader.

The service department was awful, would not recommend....

The service department was awful, would not recommend. Had my vehicle for a week and was not fixed when picked up. Rude on phone actually yelling at me. Parked my vehicle under the only tree near the lot so my brand new vehicle was covered in bird xxxx

This dealership is always trying to get me to spend more...

This dealership is always trying to get me to spend more money! Why isn’t anyone wearing a mask?!?!? Isn’t it still mandatory? Ridiculous

Kevin did recommend replacing your rear brake pads and rotors because they fell just above the state minimum. They were still above the minimum, which is why your vehicle passed inspection. It is our responsibility to make recommendations for preventative maintenance. We apologize if this came across as disingenuous.

My daughter and I went to Diehl Automotive in Robinson today. We had Zac Proya as our sales consultant. He was fabulous! I have never met a nicer or more knowledgeable sales man in my life. And he is very cute. Lol. Thank you so much!

Above and Beyond

Diehl of Robinson's service department has been nothing short of amazing for me! Andy makes sure that I am aware of what can be done for my vehicles every time we go. They go above and beyond to let you know what can be done for you. They don't lead you on and they let you know up front what your car should have and what they recommend you do for it. I never leave disappointed. They are a blessing to have!

Very poor

Leased myself a Jeep in January then took my daughter and got her a Jeep in March. My son went to get a Dodge Ram and they wouldn’t budge on price. Great way to treat a customer who made 2 deals and sent numourus people there. Cold day before I refer or go back there.

In for recall and electrical problem.

I had an appointment for my 2014 Ram 1500 for 2 recalls and an electrical issue I was having for the dashboard signals flashing. 3 days later I called to see of they found anything and see if they fixed the recall. I was told that they did the recall right away and that they still haven't been able to find the issue yet. I called again the next Monday and they said it was a steering rack issue and the part was on back order. I asked for a loaner until the part came in and they said they didn't do that which I found out was bull. Now today they called and asked me if I knew there were 2 recalls that needed fixed and that might be the problem for the dash signals because it was a computer recall. I asked if he remembered telling me that they got to the recall right away. They have had my truck for 3 weeks and it could have been fixed then.

Changed price

Was asking to get money off the vechile. Sales person went to talk to the manager. Came back with offer higher than asking price. Was baffled.

I’ll never buy a car from here

I went here with an open mind looking for a new suv. I have good credit and was open to any car. Let’s just say when I was push to say which car was my favorite I said well I like the renagades but it dosent have to be that they took that as only trying to get me a renegade and when the monthly payment was more then I wanted to pay instead of showing me a car within my range I was told they couldn’t help me. I left the dealer in tears and went and bought a brand new Mitsubishi at a different dealer. I would never shop here. They only want your money and treat you like it. You are not a person to them and they don’t even try to help meet your needs or get to know you.
