From the moment we walked on, the lot, actually drove on to the lot, until we made our final decision 3 days later. Everything was totally first class.

A Pleasant Experience

The dealership is about 160 miles away from where I live, so I communicated via email and phone before making the drive. I received fair value for my trade, the vehicle I wound up purchasing was as described and ready, and there was no pressure at any time during the process.

Magical price increase

This last weekend we bought a car from Younker Nissan/Mitsubishi. When I say "bought", I mean agreed upon price "out the door" in writing, down payment, check ready for the remainder of the price and picking it up. When we arrived to pick it up, the price magically increased by at least $1,500. Even after showing the finance person the written statement of the total car price and he agreeing that it was in writing, they would not sell us the car at that agreed price. What? Seriously? They said it was "Their mistake" but wouldn't budge. This isn't a super expensive car. It's a car for a 18 year old kid who needs transportation to school and back. The price was agreed to by the salesman IN WRITING. We asked for our money back. We spent the entire next day searching for a new car in a different city. How do people do business like that? Even agreements in writing don't mean anything to them. And all the while they kept telling us that they are a "FAMILY" business. Really? Thanks a lot Younker!

Amazing experience

Such an extremely pleasurable experience. Both Jeramy and Pete were incredibly helpful, easy to work with, and made the car buying process painless. I will be passing their names out and Yonker to anyone who wants to purchase a car.

Very friendly staff, good prices!

Dealership was quite clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Costs for the services provided were lower than what I was expecting to pay. It seemed there was a delay in getting my car worked on once I arrived, which I presumed was the result of a delay in finishing up the vehicle ahead of mine. Minor gripe, and as a mechanic myself I know these things happen sometimes. I appreciated my vehicle being washed for me. Overall, I am very happy with the experience and the work performed.
