The salesmen I met were very friendly and kind. Eric R. and Dave. They took very good care of me and I got my car in no time. I will recommend all my friends... and family members to Springfield Mitsubishi any day. They are great and kind with everyone, I mean everyone. Thanks to them I'm driving my brand new Mirage. The features in this car are off the chain.
Was contacted and harrassed by a salesperson named Sue I explained my situation about my bad credit was assured that I could be helped it was all lies... don’t believe the commercials wasted gas driving an hour and 10 min from my house to deal with lies I will contact the better business bureau
andrew at springfield pa really took great care of us! I fully recommend this place. His Manager was also very helpful. They helped me when no one else... would. I was turned down by 4 different places. There awesome. I only put 29.99 down and drove off with My new car The same night!
They promise you a lot to buy cars and falsifying insurance quotes !! And promise you referral fee you NEVER GET . They completely lie !!! I hate their... sales team , when you owe you become annoying but when it’s time to purchase they are annoying!!! My cousin bought a car and I never received the quoted referral fee . LIARS !!!
My experience was great. Patrica, Dawn and Dave worked feverishly to get me into a car affordable for my budget. Everybody that worked with me worked together... as a team. I would recommend them to everybody. P. S. My credit was really crappy
I've been shopping around fot a new Mitsubishi Lancer and have been to a few dealers. Never have I been this amazed and impressed by the overall expierence... at this place. I was NOT ONCE pressured to buy a carot change my preference. From the second I walked into the door I was greeted with a smile by EVERYONE! Offered coffee, soda, water, and a massage chair. So that was extremely nice, but truly the best part was the staff. This was my first time purchasing a new car and I was unsure of a few things. John Gonnella is the salesman who worked with me the whole time, being extremely straight forward and knowledgeable about every single question I had. He said "if you do not feel comfortable purchasing this car, we do not want you to feel pressured". That's when I knew I was at the right place. I got EXACTLY what I wanted and even MORE. I hugged him when I left, what an amazing person. I cannot express how blessed I am for this experience. I will always stay with this dealership. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND for you, I cannot thank them enough!!!!!!!!!!
Horrible experience, no one listens at this dealership, they just do what they want. The process took so long because they play so much and think they... are funny. I tried to explain to the hard headed salesperson that I had a vanity plate I wanted to transfer to the car I was purchasing. He said since it was coming from a truck I could not do that but I explained to him the class does not matter with a vanity plate. He hesitated then said well lets just give you the new plate then you can go to an auto tags place when you get your registration from us and change it. I explained to him that I didn't want to do that because then I would have to pay again. Well like I said I get the registration card and had to pay again to have it transferred and renewed. They also would not give me an owners manual telling me I had to wait until someone traded in a car like mine and they would take the manual from that car. I called the customer service manager and finally go the manual. Just a nightmare and unnecessary exta steps. I would never ever recommend this dealership. I had to make three trips to this dealership and they still never washed the car and it took hours just for them to put the tags in the window. I don't know why my experience was so bad but I know it's not just me because while I was there a couple left because it was taking so long. Even though I had there plate on my car I took the holder off because I didn't want anyone to know I went to this dealership!!!
Me and my mother went into the process of getting a new vehicle with our fingers crossed. We were paired with John Gonnella. He was cooperative, patient,... and totally dedicated to meeting our expectations...which he exceeded by the way. With our credit scores being in doubt, we were still nervous and expected to be turned away. Not only did he get us approved, but he got us approved for a brand new car with only 5 miles on it. And to think, we were ready to take a used car or do a buy here pay here.
