Service Dept

I cannot say enough good about my experience! I called in on Monday morning and they got me in for service the same day. I was given a loaner car, (a very nice one) and given status updates during each phase of repair. The service team was so kind and accommodating. I have honestly never been treated so well at a car dealership. I will DEFINATELY use them in the future.

Avoid at all costs!

I looked at a new QX30 that had been on their lot for over a year and appeared to be a great deal. When I reached out to the dealership, the Internet price was inflated $3,000 for dealer *add ons* (e.g. paint sealant, nitrogen tires and VIN etching). After a couple of weeks of negotiations, we finally arrived at a price that I was comfortable with paying for the vehicle. Before I started on a 5 1/2 hour trip to get the car, I decided to call the dealership and ask if the vehicle had incurred any weather-related damage in the past year. Initially, I was told no and started out to get the car. About an hour into the trip, I was called by the general manager and was told it been through a hail storm. Also, I would need to sign a Storm Damage disclosure before taking the car. When I asked about the cost of the damage, the general manager refused to disclose it. The final straw was when I called my insurance company and they indicated that *un-repaired* hail damage essentially voids the comprehensive portion of a policy. As I left the dealership, I commented that it would have nice to know that the vehicle was damaged from the beginning and the general manager replied *they don't have to*. I bet this dealership doesn't get a lot of repeat business with their sales tactics!

Will lie to get you in the door. Less than 1⭐️

They will flat out tell lies to get you in the door. I drove 3 hrs on the basis of the numbers they promised and after 30 minutes of waiting, they were 16000$ more than discussed trade difference. Disgusting old school car DOGS. Id suggest to look elsewhere.

Please DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME with this dealership

This Dealer center should be rated “TOP MOST DISHONEST DEALER CENTER “ in the country.I saw a 2018 Infiniti QX30 model listed for 25000.I spoke with sales agent whether it can be closed between 23k to 24k and got his confirmation. I started 3HRS 50mins drive from my home to this dealership with all documents for loan,initial money and all HOPES Test drove and found lot of information about the car was not shared with me,So negotiated price for which sales agent agreed and he mentioned manager approved as well. His Manager came after hour and mentioned 27000k plus and non negotiable ,When I asked why this information was not shared in phone.this is his reply “IT’S A MARKETING GIMICS TO BRING CUSTOMERS TO DEALER CENTER”.HOW INHUMANE is this to ask people drive for 3hours 50mins and at least if they initially mentioned that they cannot reduce less Than 27k it could have saved me at-least that 1 hour which I wasted in dealer center.why there is no transparency?. I will raise a complaint in “ state consumer protection agency and the Federal Trade Commission” with the proof I have.

Very helpful and courteous. They listened to all my concerns and made arrangements that fit my schedule. I appreciate all the service. They only concern was the traffic. Car is perfect now.
