I made an appointment online and the vehicle was ready to view. We agreed on a fair price quickly. Sales team was pleasant to work with. Financing took a bit longer to get finished up. Separate pitches for paint protection and various warranties. They were quick to offer discounts on these "valuable" products. I was disappointed to find out after the purchase was complete that there was only one key. I also assumed the gas tank was going to be filled up. Learned my lesson to ask about both next time. Overall, it wasn't painful.

Brought my new 2025 Ram 1500 in for exhaust smell in the
Brought my new 2025 Ram 1500 in for exhaust smell in the cab of the truck and parking sensors not not functioning. They say it needed new sensors which they would order .That was 3 months ago still haven't heard from them..They say they couldn't check the exhaust smell because the exhaust system was to hot.The truck was there for over 2 hours..My wife brought it there .This is what they told her..So waste of time nothing fixed..But hey they got out of doing the work..
