I had a very bad experience with this dealership and because I was asking questions I was asked to move my car and not come back. Very embrassing in front of customers and all. It was no doubt I just experienced racism at it finest.

Dealing with Tony was a pleasure. He was very polite and professional. He was genuinely wanting to meet our needs and conducted himself in a professional manner. He met our needs and closed the deal. Tony knows his product and has a great sales team. They were very helpful and went out of their way to help us. They made sure the vehicle was detailed well. Great experience. Stay far away - terrible business
As of 6/21/22 the dealership refuses to follow up or make things right. Absolutely stay away from them, I'm finding new issues each week, they patched this truck up and sold it with suspension issues and electrical issues. Edit: As of 5/27/2022 management is actively working with me to correct the issue with the second key. Management has been very vocal today and calling me with updates. Working with their management team to find common ground. Assuming this issue is resolved, I will update my review and change the overall rating and verbiage if these items are addressed. I drove over 7 hours each way to purchase a used truck, I asked the sales team to provide a full review and full disclosure of the vehicle. I asked them to highlight any noticeable damage, to be transparent and save me a 7 hour drive if the vehicle didn't meet the description of the ad. After being sent pictures of the vehicle and told it was in great shape I made the drive. Once I arrived I was very disappointed with the vehicle, there was damage that was hidden and scratches/deep dents that weren't disclosed. Fortunately, for the miles and price of the vehicle I was able to overlook the downfalls and still purchased. However, on my 7 hour drive home there were some major issues that came about. The shock was loose and almost fell off of the vehicle, so much for their inspection. There were loose bolts and lug nuts too, really disappointed with the dealership. I was told that they would ship me the second set of keys, multiple calls later I am still fighting the dealership to send me the keys they promised. Highly disappointed, would not recommend. Edit: uncovered some electrical issues with the 7 pin connector they never disclosed. Terrible dealership, they hid suspension issues and lied about damages to the truck. Highly suggest you avoid the dealership at all cost.

I bought a used car from Rocky Mount Dodge, the engine light came on after driving the car for 40 miles. They replaced the catalytic converter as it was covered under the 30 day warranty but damaged the turbo in the process, they then took the car to the ford dealership to replace the turbo. They have had our car a total of 16 days and we will probably have to wait another week before the ford dealership can fit it into they're schedule. I asked Rocky Mount Dodge to let me return the car and to void the sale but they said that was not an option. Rocky Mount Dodge did offer to give a car to drive but we declined as we are using a spare car. My frustration level is very high at this point, this is easily the worst car buying experience that i have ever had.

Very untrustworthy even manager on duty.
Fixed door actuator then Mechanics Broke my latch tried charging for it.My van reaked of oil Window sounds awful it clicks going down. Money hungry.

I live in a different state and found a used Ram 1500 on the internet. I emailed the dealer and worked with a great salesman named Kevin. I got a fair deal and Kevin was fantastic. They drove my Ram to me (459 miles) and drove my trade-in vehicle back. I never left my house. Best vehicle buying experience ever.

I called this dealership about a used Dodge Challenger that they had posted on their website and cars.Com for $20699. The salesperson named "Tony" has said he would call me back about the offer I made for the car. 3 Hours later he hadn't called, so I called him. He said the actual price was $23999. They had made a mistake. LOL. Bull. I had nearly purchased an identical car with 14k more miles than this one last week for $19000 but someone beat me to it. Bad business. Avoid Rocky Mount Chrysler.
