Champion of Decatur and "Staff" continues to help and advice to customers on the selection of vehicle for the right budge, have a Jeep dealership within 10 miles of my house in Madison but I will always prefer Champion. Traded in my chevy s10 to buy a f150 last week and did the whole finance thing and what not. The key did not go fully into the drivers door, the windows did not roll up when commanded by any door switch other than the master switch (drivers door). brought vehicle back into champion for them to fix the issues 3 days after I bought the truck and they said to wait till the warranty starts to bring it in for the key issue. So I have to buy a fob so I don't have to keep walking to the passenger door to unlock then back to the drivers door to get in and drive. They said the window issue was the master switch and it would be ready the next day due to waiting on parts which i can understand. I couldn't pick it up that day due to work so I picked it up 2 days after dropping off the vehicle. Tried the passenger side and it worked when commanded got home and tried the rear windows and still wouldn't work. Fix it right the first time when the complaint is all windows will not roll up is a failure. Good thing I got a warranty because obviously these guys can't fix the issue on the first go around. 12,000 for this vehicle and they can't even do a good pre-delivery inspection prior to placing the car on the lot to sell.

I would highly recommend Champion of Decatur for your new or used car purchases. My family has purchased 7 vehicles in the past 3 years from this dealership. We have always had top notch service. They listened to our wants/needs and ensured we were put into a vehicle that fit our needs within our budget. They have spent numerous hours showing us vehicles until the "right" one was located. There is a dealership in the city that I live in, but I prefer to make the drive to get the BEST customer service. I never consider going to even "look" at another dealership. I have peace of mind knowing that, if ever needed, I can call on them to help with service or car related issues. I will definitely go back to Champion of Decatur to purchase my next vehicle.

I was searching for a well-maintained pre-owned car for my son and found one at Champion. My sales person Jason Propes made the entire purchase process - from test drive, to inspection, to second drive, to purchase - a no-pressure and enjoyable experience. When Jason saw I was trying to get a better look at the underside of the car during my inspection, he offered - without hesitation - to take the car back into the service area and have them put it up on a lift so I could get a clear view of the entire underside of the car. Having a sales person offer to put the car up on a lift in the dealership's service department so I could make a more detailed inspection of the underside has never happened to me before with ANY of the other cars I've bought throughout the years. Jason's open nature and wilingness to allow me to take a really close look at the used vehicle speaks volumes about being truly customer friendly and knowing what customer service is all about. I could have gone elsewhere and saved a bit more on a similar and comparable vehicle, but can't put a price on a customer-centric, no-pressure and easy going sales environment like I encountered with Jason at Champion of Decatur. In full disclosure... I'm a "Ford" guy; however, if I ever decide to buy a Dodge/Chrysler product, or if one of my friends asks me where I think they should go for a Dodge/Chrysler product - Champion of Decatur will be my only choice to go to and/or recommend. Check them out for yourself. They do it right!
