My name is Chad Oneal I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet 1500

My name is Chad Oneal I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet 1500 from all this would’ve been in that vehicle I have purchased from this dealership they messed up on the paperwork and now they’re telling me it’s gonna cost me another $8000 in interest because of their screwup and I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership because I don’t stand behind the deals

This will be our dealership. They treat you like family, and will go above and beyond to take care of you. Keith Bounds is who you need to ask for. He was the one to make everything happen. He is the reason for this 5 star review. Highly recommend dealership and even more highly recommended salesman.

Best car buying experience ever!

Best car buying experience of my life... I've purchased over a dozen new vehicles and, while almost none were truly bad experiences, all pale in comparison to this one. Working with Shawn Ware and Randy Dugan was the easiest and most pleasant car buying process I've ever been through. I sent an inquiry via the website and got an immediate response from Shawn. Asked him for a few pictures and he texted them to me quickly. Sent him details about my trade-in vehicle and got a fair trade-in value from him very quickly and without any haggling. Asked for an actual deal sheet and he emailed me one within minutes (if you've never bought a car remotely getting an actual deal sheet sent to you is usually nearly impossible). I've used both Vroom and Carvana in the past and while I would be willing to use Carvana again I'd rather just call Shawn; it was a simpler and more pleasant experience. Once I was ready to do the deal Randy called to go over the specifics on the financials and, for the first time ever in my experience talking to finance managers, didn't try to do the hard sell on the extended warranties. He told me he had a couple of options and asked (yes asked!) if I wanted to know about them. Got him in touch with the loan officer at the credit union I used for the loan and he took it from there. To top it all off they delivered my new truck and picked up my trade-in for free to my home 250 miles away from their dealership. Total time from asking for some pictures to truck sitting in my driveway was less than 24 hours. Next time I'm in the Longview area I'll make a point to stop in and meet Shawn and Randy in person. Great experience all the way around.

The people at the service department have always treated...

The people at the service department have always treated me with courtesy and respect, listened carefully to what I had to say, and explained things about my 2006 Fiat 500L in a way that I could understand, what was going on with my car. After my car had been repaired, Amanda, walked me to the cashier, pulled my car around and helped me get into the car.

My sunroof leaked for the very first time. I own a 2015...

My sunroof leaked for the very first time. I own a 2015 Dodge Ram Longhorn Laramie. So I decided to contact Peters because they have excellent service department and they’re employees are certified. The seal around my glass was broken so they were able to install the glass the very next day. While I l brought my truck specifically for that to be fixed, my heating element on the passenger back seat never worked. I bought my truck used. So they were able to install that inside the seat and had to remove the underside upholstery. You cannot even tell the upholstery was even disturbed. It looks exactly like it did new. Absolutely satisfied with excellent service. I highly recommend Peters Chevrolet, Dodge, Jeep and Fiat on hwy 259 in Longview Texas. Thank you for taking care of my truck❤️
