    I live in Canada, about 3hours north of Traverse City. The experience was hassle free. I met the driver of the loaner that was provided and then when... my vehicle was repaired we exchanged vehicles. No issues at all.

    Kenneth Matthew was extremely courteous and helpful. He made suggestions on how to address issues related to my wheel rims which I was very pleased about.... Also the loaner car was made available to me for multiple days which really helped. Thanks!

    Friendly and professional staff, very accommodating. They were able to shuttle me to nearby friends house no problem to wait for the repairs to be finished.... Then, after they finished, they shuttled me back to the dealership.
