Sales person answered my question when the BMW genius had stepped out. She offered to answer and walked me through it. Also ..service person explained things well...took time to go over my service and recommendations. Very polite.

They allowed my Golden retriever Abby to sit in the

They allowed my Golden retriever Abby to sit in the waiting area with me. She got lots of pets from fellow customers and the staff. She even got to meet Patrick's Luvy. Also, I thought the price for the service rendered was very reasonable.
