This dealership had a hard to find used car I was looking for which forced me into dealing with them. After calling and asking the necessary questions... about the vehicle and pricing structure I rented a car and drove 2 and 1/2 hours to the dealership with the full value cash in hand ready to buy. They tell you one thing on the phone then try to change the terms on you when a convenient opportunity presents itself for them to make even more money. Salesman Emilo was nice and helpful but dealing with sales manager David Parker was truly cringeworthy. Mr. parker was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. He was not interested in answering any questions or addressing any concerns I had about the vehicle after the test drive. One of the concerns I had was the vehicle was misrepresented as having a "clean carfax" with no accidents while the autocheck report revealed an accident reported which was confirmed by my visual inspection of the vehicle. Mr. Parker refused to acknowledge the accident and straight up told me he was prepared to sell the vehicle to the next customer behind me without disclosing the accident which by my standards is totally dishonest. He kept interrupting me and would barley let me speak during our interaction. I couldn't believe his attitude during this transaction. If I am honest I was treated like total garbage. This is not the right way to treat customers or do business. I will never return to this dealership. If you are looking for an honest dealership that treats customers with dignity and respect look elsewhere because its clearly not Devoe buick gmc!

From the first phone call to final run thru on how to use all the options on our new truck, this purchase was flawless. Everyone at your dealership was... professional and personable. We drove to Naples from Pembroke Pines,Florida....90 some odd miles. We drove this far because your dealership had the truck we were looking for. We were in and out in record time, on New Years Eve of all days.! Justin, Dave, and all the staff we encountered went above and beyond to make our car purchase the easiest we have ever experienced! Bought new Encore. 2nd key not found. Called for appointment and got appointment about 10 days after delivery. Today they had FOB but not metal key.... On order maybe tomorrow. Lack of attention to detail or assumption on someone?s part. Therefore I need to come back again.

I had to wait several days for an appointment but probably normal during high season. Service personnel were very efficient. I was there primarily for... an oil change but there were happy to look at a couple of smaller issues. Ron, who did the write up, was extremely pleasant and professional. Waiting room a little dated but snacks and espresso machine were great!

One of the lifts was broken, the oil change took longer than it should have. On previous service calls I have been satisfied with the overall experience.
