Bought new Encore. 2nd key not found. Called for appointment and got appointment about 10 days after delivery. Today they had FOB but not metal key.... On order maybe tomorrow. Lack of attention to detail or assumption on someone?s part. Therefore I need to come back again.

I had to wait several days for an appointment but probably normal during high season. Service personnel were very efficient. I was there primarily for... an oil change but there were happy to look at a couple of smaller issues. Ron, who did the write up, was extremely pleasant and professional. Waiting room a little dated but snacks and espresso machine were great!

One of the lifts was broken, the oil change took longer than it should have. On previous service calls I have been satisfied with the overall experience.
