No one is on the same page about anything! Process took over a week because of so much misinformation. Our sales person made his own schedule and would... wait until almost 9pm to respond to our questions and by text. We had questions and concerns and we would either get multiple answers from multiple people or vague answers that didn’t really answer our questions. The gm was not helpful at all and really didn’t seem to care how unprofessional the sales employee was. The secretary or front desk girl was rude and commenting on our experience like she was involved some how! Ridiculous 6 years ago I didn’t have these problems here which is the reason I am a returning customer, this location went down hill from then.
Trying to get recall work completed and they can’t schedule an appr, but ordered part for VIN so other dealership that gave appt now can’t order part.... Not organized - can’t figure out how to order parts and schedule service.
1)Double Booked appointment, had to wait 30 minutes for my own appointment 2) Original Sales Rep pawned me off 3)Continued to wait 30 minutes after a test... drive 4) Sales reps were taking walk-ins while instructions presented is appointment only 5) Original Rep stated I was wasting there time since I wasn’t ready to make a deposit today Conclusion: Worst Customer Service Experience EVER. Shame on the management team for allowing such instance to happen. Unprofessional and greedy dealership that doesn’t give two xxxxs about the clientele.
Second time at Romano Toyota. Zach was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure all our needs were met. Will definitely return. Highly recommend... Romano Toyota.

It took 4 trips to the service department over the course of 3 months to fix a clip on my drivers seat track. Customer service is abysmal. Terrible communication.... Staff is condescending and does not care about your time or your vehicle. I will not go back.
We have bought 6 vehicles from Romano in the past 13 years and after our recent experience (looking to buy a 7th) we will never go back. Long story short:... after being led on for 10 days, on the day we were scheduled to pick up a vehicle, we were told we needed to come up with $1500 to “make the financing work”. We had no problem not purchasing if we couldn’t make it work and told them that up front. Instead of being honest with us we were led on until the last minute. I’m sure they expected us to say ok, because we wanted the vehicle. But as my husband pointed out, they are making more cars everyday - we will find one somewhere else. My anger is in the way we were led on for 10 days - and I was really put off (and embarrassed for all who worked there) when the sales manager was SCREAMING and swearing at sales people when they came back to negotiate with him. We could hear him clearly through closed doors. We will never go back!

I brought a 10-year old base model Camry in for a new timing belt. They gave me an estimate for other repairs that would cost more than the car's value.... I gave their estimate to an independent body shop. After a day with my car, that shop told me I did not need ANY of the services that Romano Toyota tried to sell me.
