    I recently brought a used car from Eric Foret. He was a excellent sales person and understood both my wife's and my requirements in purchasing the car. He was very polite and did not pressure us in buying the car at he first visit. He understood that I needed to take it to my mechanic before we could discuss a price. Even after the trip to the mechanic, he did not pressure me in buying the car, since my wife was at work. I told him that my wife and I would return later in the evening to discuss the price. We brought the car that evening. I would recommend Eric as the person to see if you are interesting in buying a car. Great Experience.

    I can’t possibly express my disappointment in this dealership for the unacceptable customer service I just received. I have been in contact at various times over the last two months on several in stock vehicles. On several occasions, I was assured that I qualified for all discounts offered in the internet price. Yesterday AM I contacted them to agree upon the internet price on one of the vehicles that I had previously talked to them about. They contacted me back shortly to confirm my interest in the vehicle. Again I was assured that the manager was confident I qualified for the internet pricing. I was told that the paperwork for my bank would be sent to me later that day. By later that day, I called to track their progress AND was reaffirmed that I qualified for the agreed upon pricing and the paperwork was in process. This morning AM, I left messages as to my concern over this deal that they had agreed to. I was assured that the paperwork would be finished by their manager for my bank. Reasonably, my bank would need enough time to complete the loan and issue the check for me to pick up the vehicle tomorrow. Before noon I called and was told that the manager would get papers to me within 30 minutes. Excuse was meetings??? During my mid afternoon call, I again questioned if there were any problems. I was reassured that all was well. I was told that the managers were in another meeting & that an alternate manager would get this paperwork done within an hour. An hour ago, I received an email that informed me that I DID NOT qualify for the pricing I was assured of all along. Nor was I given any alternatives to keep me interested in the vehicle. To add insult to injury, they also informed me that someone just happened to be in the showroom looking at the vehicle that they agreed to sell to me. The vehicle is now shown as sold. By the way, I had been tracking 2 identically optioned vehicles. Yesterday I had to pick one of the two, as your dealership agreed to the terms with me. You still have an identical make/model vehicle in stock. I am disappointed that I have not been given any consideration on this or any other vehicle.
