Inspect it before driving it off the lot

Less than a week after purchasing my Nissan Rogue Sport, I noticed the front bumper was damaged underneath. I called and explained this but was told that their inspection department would not have missed something of that magnitude. I had asked if they put the vehicles on a hoist during inspection. I was told yes. So I then asked, "how could they not see it if they're under it looking around"? The answer I received made me feel as though it happened after I left with the vehicle. So in other words, with not coming right out and saying it, it happened after I drove it off their lot. So, that is up setting to me because I am not that type of person who would make such a claim. If I had to guess, I would say the damage was in fact seen but, put on the lot anyway in hopes the buyer wouldn't notice it so they would not be responsible for any repairs. Which is exactly what happened! Now, it is apparently my problem. Am I a satisfied costumer? Not 100%. The dealer, Bill Flynn, did do a wonderful job in getting things done, however, as far as the damage that was already done to the vehicle before I purchased it, should have been fixed before it was put on the lot. So my advice to anyone looking to buy a new used car from Wager motors in Gaylord, inspect it thoroughly. Look underneath it before you buy it.

Very knowledgeable about products. Worked up as many options as needed to determine the right fit. Handled lease turn in with ease. Explained, in detail, the operation of vehicle. It was a feel good purchase.

Best customer service

My family has been a loyal customer to Wagar Motors for over 20+ years!!! They have the best customer service!!! I have worked with Bob Johnson for many years, he listens to what i want and takes care of me!!! Wagar Motors treats their customers with respect, loyalty. Now that is FAMILY!!

Trusted, high quality sales and service

We are consistently pleased with the friendly, reliable, professional staff at Wagar's. We have purchased vehicles for over 20 years from Wagar's and have all of our maintenance and repairs done by their great service department. Really cannot say enough!

great job by everyone, clean friendly facility

Great service

Joe Tubbs was extremely helpful and courteous and had his crew exam the vehicle for the problem my husband had experienced and he was completely satisfied with the answers he was given.
