I called ahead to get an estimate on a roof rack installation. I was quoted $70. Made an appointment for installation and oil change. Drove almost 2 hours... from Venice to be told that it will be $250 AND by the way I need new tires (which are less than 2 years old). I was told that the install was very detailed...I saw the 12 minute YouTube video from a Mini dealership...definitely less than one hour labor for sure. Will NEVER take my Mini back to Wesley Chapel Mini. So tired of being ripped off because they think women are stupid.
Jack was a great salesmen, and really loves and is passionate about what he does. I am very satisfied with my experience there and love the car I drove... off with I can recommend this place to anyone looking for a car and great service.

I had an amazingly pleasant experience on my last visit to this business. I came for diagnosis and ended up getting a solution for my car issue. The personnel... was pleasant, professional and super knowledgeable. I received an estimate for all of the issues my car had and I was explained in simple language what was necessary to be repaired and what could wait. Michael (my service guy) was the guru of mini's engines and one of a kind troubleshooter. He even took me to the garage and showed me piece by piece described in my scope of work. They did not even charge me their standard diagnostic fee which was so nice of them, so today I went back and dropped of my car for that same repair. I even got a new loaner to use until my car is ready for pick up. I trust these guys. And I know that my car is in good hands. Bye bye check engine light. Thank you all in Mini of Wesley Chapel! An absolutely awful group of people and business. Not only did I got sold a lemon, but I was charged for the dealership fees twice to replace the car which... had serious engine issues, a broken AC, and a blown out stereo system, they were very rude and dismissive, their service department couldn’t fix a thing, and they lied to my face about the services they offer. I felt like they just wanted to shut me up instead of help me, after I had to pay $300 to get the whole transmission replaced not even two months after buying the car! All this happened after someone ran into my car and totaled it, so one nightmare became a whole other nightmare because of this dealership. Lets me know I can never buy a car without a man with these jerks.
