Unsatisfactory Experience ?

Unsatisfactory Experience ? Poor Service and Communication On April 4, 2025, I dropped off my vehicle at RICO Auto Service Center for warranty repairs. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. My vehicle sat idle for nearly three weeks before an official diagnosis was even made. I had left the wheel lock nut key clearly visible on the center console for the mechanic?s use, should the tires need to be removed. After a long wait, the replacement parts were finally ordered, but it took another three weeks for them to arrive. Then, repairs dragged on for yet another month. Throughout this time, I had to call weekly for updates, as I never received proactive communication from the assigned advisor. Only in the final three weeks did the service manager finally step in and assure me they would monitor progress. Despite being without a vehicle for almost three months, I was never informed of any rental coverage options from GM until I personally contacted GM corporate warranty support. When the vehicle was finally ready, I discovered the wheel lock nut key was missing ? even though the empty case had been placed in the glove box. I notified the foreman, but they denied using or misplacing it, leaving me to purchase a replacement and pay out of pocket to remove the locking lug nuts. The overall experience was frustrating and unacceptable. There was no customer service to speak of, and I was not even going to bother addressing the additional dents and scratches found on my vehicle upon return. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this service center if you value communication, accountability, and basic customer care.

Awesome!!

Well, where do I start? Hi, applied for a vehicle at Rico motors in Gallup New Mexico. Believe me day one was hectic. Was it getting the answer I wanted so I continued on looking the next day the sales person Jamie called me and said she had really great news. The team at Rico motors were great in getting me approved!! I git a 2023 GMC pro.. thank you Jayme and the team at Rici Motors

great team!

The Rico team is great. the process was very smooth. the salesman and the rest of the team was very friendly and respectful. I love my new truck. I don't like the Google features but I like the truck so far otherwise.

Great service
